I got hooked on these when I was in the hospital several years ago. I keep them in a compact refrigerator that's in my bedroom, I'll drink one every now and then. The chocolate flavor tastes great, reminds me of a Windy's Chocolate Frosty. Each serving is packed with protein, thick Rich chocolate. I like these better than a similar product (ensure)
