I like the flavor and convenience of the easy calories + the nutritional value the shakes have. In my box, about half of them are dented, but on the manufacturer website it states that they're still fine to drink like this, and this didn't impact flavor or anything or make me sick. Even though they were like, pretty dented tbh along the upper round part of the bottle -- enough that I would toss out a canned food, but the way that they make the bottles means it's not dangerous--just cosmetic. Other than that, yeah, love these, like them in the fridge, manufacturer notes that you're not supposed to freeze them (but I have on accident more than once, sometimes this can mess up the proteins but I found it hadn't changed much, but ymmv.)
