I LOVE popcorn and have tried so many brands. I go for healthy and organic when possible, and this Whole Foods 365 brand is really tasty. It's light, crunchy, and puffy 😊.I often get the Lesser Evil brand of popcorn which is also great and has many flavor options. But this 365 brand made with Olive oil is lighter. And it has less saturated fat and calories than the Lesser Evil popcorn. Both brands DO NOT use seed oil, which is great. Many popcorn brands use cheap oils like sunflower, safflower, or canola oil. I've read how seed oils can increase inflammation in the body so I stay away from them when possible.I read one negative review that said this popcorn doesn't have much flavor, but I think it tastes perfect. Plus, you can always sprinkle your own seasoning on it if you want, like nutritional yeast, or curry spices, even cinnamon. It's a fun food, enjoy it!

This popcorn tastes great but the value for the money is not. I received this nice, big bag of popcorn, opened it up and only the bottom third of the bag was full. The only reason to put it in a bag this big is to deceive buyers into thinking there’s more than they actually give you. Either give us more popcorn or use a bag half this size and quit tricking consumers.

These are so good, and my son loves them. They used to be made with only sunflower oil, but now it's sunflower or canola. I don't get the "OR". Not crazy about Canola (Canadian industrial oil) in my food. It would be great if they were pure sunflower oil again. And it would be great if the ingredients lists couldn't have "OR" variables, but stuck to the same recipe.

It seems they listened to older reviews and updated the flavor. Before it was bland and tasted like milk powder, now it's now cheesy and sharp, and healthier alternative to conventional brands. he packaging is thick...it seems they stuck bilingual labels over the original packaging, I have to open the bag with scissors.
Incredibly good popcorn
Nothing more to say other than it's incredibly cheesy and delicious. And Organic! What more could you want really??Just bought more of this amazing popcorn, love it. In addition, the bag is thick and strong which means that when you get this at home, the popcorn is not crushed. I don't impress easily, and this popcorn is outstanding!!!
Quality Control Problems?
I've bought four or five bags of this popcorn over the last several months and up until this last bag, it has been delicious. I was looking for an alternative to SmartFood Popcorn that would be not as unhealthy and was very happy when I received my first bag. It was so good! It tasted very similar to SmartFood with lots of natural cheddar flavor. I was surprised that a couple of people had given it "meh" reviews. But now I understand why. This latest bag tastes "blah"...it doesn't taste awful and it doesn't taste good...it's just tasteless popcorn. I see someone else's review says "All depends on the bag you get", and I now agree with that. The first few bags were excellent, definitely five stars. This last bag warrants only a one star. I'll probably try ordering it one more time and see what happens. One more bag like this one and I won't purchase it again.

Update......I'm downgrading my rating to 3 stars, after the last couple of bags. Still tasty but not as fresh tasting as it should be, on a consistent basis. Several hard kernels too, which can be very tough on teeth.😣The other reviewers mentioning the lack of consistency here are spot on.Not sure if I'd purchase again................My previous 5 star review....This is one of the best Cheddar flavored popcorn products that I've tasted to date.Fresh tasting, not too salty and with a distinctive Cheddar taste. Packed right in a stay-fresh heavier foil type bag.Good price too, compared to other similar products.Most important of all, it's made with organic ingredients, always my first choice.😆Will definitely be buying this popcorn again and look forward to trying many other Whole Foods items, now available here at Bolo Canada.Geraldine Helen Hartman, author of the Groovy Green Kitchen series🍕🍴🍞
