I haven't been taking long enough to feel anything but magnesium is important. What I like about it is, it's very small in size and very easy to swallow and you only have to take one per day.

I take these because I tend to get low due to my use of PPI medications. This causes painful hand cramps and spasms. This particular supplement is inexpensive and works very well. I am able to check my blood levels frequently, so I know it is being absorbed.The pills are rather large, but I don’t have any trouble swallowing them. They are very hard, so cutting or crushing them is pretty much impossible. If you have problems swallowing large pills, you may want to look elsewhere. Otherwise, these are an excellent, inexpensive option and I would happily buy them again.

Many of us are sensitive to leucineI wish supplement companies would get the message and stop adding leucine to Supplements because they are alienating us from the market and making it very hard to find supplements we can takeIf Reaction to a supplement check and see if it has leucine added because that might be the problem
