I needed an organic honey to soothe a cough my dog was having and found liquid honey to be too messy. This is more solidified and made giving it to my dog much easier. Flavor is delicious and I imagine it would be yummy on some buttered toast

These days the market is full of fake honey from China, cut with corn syrup, and smuggled into the US system through 2nd or 3rd hand importers. One characteristic of the fake honey is it rarely crystalizes. Also it tastes bland. This honey tastes like it came right out of the comb. If you're not used to real honey, get ready.
