I was having some discomfort in the joints in my foot. My doctor suggested I start taking glucosamine. I'm so glad she did! I have not gone thru a whole bottle yet, so I will review based on my current status. I walk on a cement floor all day, now virtually pain free! I did also address the issue of my diet which was attributing to the apparent inflammation but I had done that before without the glucosamine and still experienced pain. I recommend speaking to your physician before starting any new meds, even homeopathic. I can say this product has made a big difference in my comfort level and my life, which I live predominately walking or standing.

I never expected miracles from this stuff.My knees, hips and shoulders are in pretty bad shape.This stuff does seem to help me a little bit though.I'm just about to order another bottle.I know they can't make me young again, but after using it for about 6 weeks, I do feel like I'm moving a little easier.Still have some days that are better than others, but I don't think the bad days are as bad as before I started taking this.

When I purchased this, it was the most affordable glucosamine on Bolo. I've been using glucosamine on and off for years as I've moved in and out of athletics, and can tell the difference between when I'm not using these. I took the 365 Everyday Value following another product, and noticed no decrease in effectiveness.

I was taking another supplement brand after researching arthridis pain and it just didn't seem to help much. Before a trip to Hawaii I stopped at Whole Foods to get some as I had not packed any of the one I was taking. Almost immediately I experienced a difference in the pain level of my wrist. I went from a 8 to a 2 and sometimes I was pain free. I believe the whatever the product contains is what is needed to help !I will continue with this brand only.

This gave me terrible stomach pains. I took it for weeks with worsening symptoms. I thought I had developed food sensitivities and cut out nearly all foods. The pain and audible gurgling went away as soon as I stopped taking the supplement.
