I am really impressed with this inflator, especially for the price. As shown in the picture, it thoughtfully comes with several adapters, including a clamp-on adapter, as well as a valve stem tool and a roll of Teflon tape for sealing the threaded connections. It seems to be sturdy, well constructed, and is of a nice size, not some micro-mini, hard to handle or read device. It has a stated accuracy of 1%, which means that at 100 psi the true pressure may be between 99 and 101 psi. This isn’t bad, considering that your tire pressure changes by about 1 psi for every 10 degree F change in temperature. It can be used as a stand-alone pressure gauge (ie, not connected to an air compressor) to read your tire pressure, and it compares favorably (within less than 1 psi) to both another digital pressure gauge and an analog gauge that I have. Like most inflators, you don’t get an accurate tire pressure reading while actively inflating or relieving pressure in the tire. Especially nice and helpful is the pressure relief button on the side, which makes adjusting a higher than spec pressure easy and convenient. The only fault I can find thus far is that it doesn’t have a “hook loop” so that you can hang it or attach a hook to it, although this certainly wouldn’t deter me from purchasing it again.

Needed to get an attachment for my compressor to inflate my car tires this is one of the best out there. I love astro tools this one is digital and it's accurate. I made sure to double check the pressure after using the tool and it was spot on 33PSI in each tire. Works great for what it is and I trust it's reading.

This thing is pretty sweet. I have used it a few times so far and it works very well. It seems to read accurately and is simple to use. It comes with 2 AAA batteries already installed. The chuck attaches easily to the air nozzle of the tire. It’s much better than a standard air nozzle.

I have an AstroAI tire pump that is magnificent.It came with a lock-on chuck, which is like a toggle.It locks tight every time. No leaks.I was tired of push-on tire pressure gauges that slip. I thought I would get this device mainly to use a tire pressure gauge for passenger vehicles. The gauge is beautiful. The chuck however is clip-on rather than lock-on. I just could not get a good seal. I saw other reviews that mention the same.I liked the gauge so much that I wanted to keep it.I found that the AstroAI chucks are sold as parts.However some reviews mention leaks as well.Sadly, I’m returning this very nice gauge. I will still call it five star, as it is possible that the leaking is a user error.

I purchased this tire pressure gauge in early 2021 and believe I have used it long enough to write a review. I have had zero issues with this gauge despite heavy use (for a homeowner, not a mechanic) on cars, trucks, bikes and soccer balls, use in hot summers and temperatures well below zero degrees. The lighted display is bright and easy to read. I have had to replace the batteries only twice in the last four years, which is better than most electronic tools I have.As other reviewers have noted: the pressure read-out shows the inflation pressure when adding air - NOT the tire's actual pressure - and you must release the fill lever to see the true tire pressure. Adding more air, or releasing air via the release button, is very simple. This is NOT a defect; it is how pressure gauges work.If this tire pressure gauge ever fails, I will update this review (and buy a replacement, because I think it is well worth the money).

Es el 3ro que compro (dos los regresé de diferente tipo) y valió la pena! Buena calidad, luz azul cómoda al ojo, se apaga en automático y da lecturas exactas! Lo probé en las llantas de mi auto y en mi hidroneumático y en ambos dio exactamente la presión que tenía cargada!

Exceptional product!!i I love it!
Based on the reasonable price, I was concerned that the product’s quality might not be the best. That wasn’t the case, the device is very well made. I’ve had it over 6 months now and have used it on all of our 5 vehicles, trailers and equipment. It has a brass spring loaded clasp the holds the device onto the Schroeder valve. It actually works! It holds well without air leakage meaning you can clip to the valve and not have to hold it with pressure to maintain a seal. This lets you use it hands-free. Clamp it it on then use the squeeze trigger to add more air into tire or push small brass button to let air out. All this while the digital gauge gives a precise read out. It makes for a fun process where you can make the tire pressure exactly what you want. No more ‘close enough’ air fills. The gauge is very rugged. All components are well made and I could see this being used in a commercial setting. It will obviously last as long as I need. (Unless someone takes it!)! Another feature are the parts that come with it. The box comes with all the bits and pieces you need to use it. The gauge lights up and is very bright, clear and easy to read day or night. Unit was well packed and came in an attractive box which speaks to the care the manufacturer has in making and designing this. Another thing that impressed me was dealing with the company. After purchase I was so impressed with the device I emailed them to register it which I rarely do. More to get on their mailing list than anything. They emailed me back within 24 hours with a present email to acknowledge that it was registered. Overall it’s a great product, shipped fast and reasonably priced for what you get. I would search out this company for their other products based on my experience.
