I’m not a metallurgist, so I can’t test these to see if they are ‘solid SS’ or not, but they are heavy and balanced feeling in my hand. The largest stylus set (dark blue handles) are very substantial feeling, and have a nice rubbery/silicone feeling shaft.The light blue colored set is more lightweight and has a smooth plastic feeling shaft. The zippered bag is lined canvas with a nylon zipper, and is nice to have to keep these tools together. I bought them mainly for papercrafts, but the silicone tips on the small set would work great for my polymer clay as well as the balls should I choose to use them in that manner.I could not find anything but the most basic stylus in my area, and one being the cost of this entire set. Im thrilled to be able to have this set at such a low cost, and Bolo got them to me in about 36 hours. If you are a crafting tool snob they may not be good enough for you, but they meet my needs in every way! I did not want to spend $30 for what is essentially a mouse pad, with a tool handle that had the ends that interchanged, bc I would much rather pick up a tool that is ‘ready to go’, and save some of my money to boot.

I bought these to help me with my ceramics project, and they were PERFECT. The fact that each one had a silicone brush end like a felt tip was a surprise and SO COOL. they worked way better than I even expected.

They do still a bit when trying to push a hole into the clay, but doinh it when the clay Is a but dry makes it easier.I got these for use in my ceramics course. The little pouch fits them all perfectly.
