Im a middle aged adult now and multivitamins are a must. These are delicious gummy multivitamins that are good for daily use. Theyre called one a day, but u have to take two for a recommended dose…… thats a little confusing. But i suppose its only one dose a day…… why not just make it easier and make them a little bigger, so u really ony need ONE a day. Anyway, theyre good, but it says to chew thoroughly before swallowing, but they are a little bit difficult to chew. Hence the four stars. I guess it keeps me from eating the whole bottle as a snack!

I normally take these for like 3 days in a row then 3 days without, if I take them everyday I feel weird, and if I don't take them at all I feel tired. I don't know if there is anything behind it, but I do notice I feel better if I take these more intermittently.

I have been taking the One of Day Men’s Multivitamin Gummies for quite sometime. I went to the gummies as they are easier on my stomach. My day starts before four in the morning and I take a number of supplements. I am finding the gummy versions to be most tolerable.
