Not too sweet or too salty. Also dissolves easily so there is very little residue at the bottom of the tumbler. Worked well for me in the heat and humidity of the Texas Gulf Coast.

This is one of the only hydration powders that does not have fake sugar. It is not sickening Sweet and hydrates well. You can add as much or as little powder as you want when you mix it with water. We like this flavor. It’s a better value to order the large bag rather than the small individual packets.

I found out the hard way that Exercise-Associated Hyponatremia is a real thing. If you sweat a lot when you work out and only replace your lost fluid with water and not sodium, you can end up with a nasty bout of EAH. I've occasionally consumed the big G electrolyte but was looking for something a step up. I avoid all artificial sweeteners including additives like monk fruit, stevia, etc. There's not a lot out that that doesn't use those ingredients but I researched and discovered Skratch!It's a very fine powder that packs a subtle but detectable flavor. I add one scoop - 22 grams - to my 16 oz water bottle and put in the fridge (want it sweeter, use less water). When I work out, I'm able to sip the drink throughout the duration without getting that sloggy feeling in my stomach. I actually tolerate it better than water during intense workouts.I've tried three flavors and my favorites in order are Lemon-Lime (a distinct and pleasant flavor), Orange (nice, light, barely-there flavor) and Strawberry Lemonade (which I didn't really care for at all... very little flavor and a little bitter to me).The amount of sodium and a few additional nutrients make this my one and only go-to sports drink now. It got me out of EAH territory quickly (a few days) and I don't go a day without it!

I cannot believe the nutritional information on the package. I tried to return it, and it is not returnable because it is a food product.After reading the reviews I was excited to try this product, but when it arrived it gave me pause. The 1st ingredient is cane sugar, 1 scoop reportedly has 19 grams of sugar (how is that possible in a scoop), and a woman's recommended daily allowance is 14 grams. That would put 74 calories in each scoop, which is just under the 80 on the package.The next ingredient is Dextrose - soooo... Nope! This is not a healthy option unless you are having a diabetic crisis or you are found after being lost for days in the elements. Otherwise, to me is not worth the risk to my kidneys.Before posting this I did call customer service, of course I do my homework, unfortunately it was a Saturday and I left a message. I will update this review when I get some answers.Update! The customer service is top notch. I received a call from a cheerful person the next business day. We discussed why I wanted to return the item, they sent me the lemon-lime hydration pouch. It is unsweetened with 10 calories. I put it in my water bottle at work, and I was impressed with the light flavor, the dissolution without settling on the bottom, and the bump in energy. I am impressed!Thanks so much! I will look for more of this product in the future.FYI - I was visiting family and saw they had the chews from Skratch. They are runners training for a marathon and like the flavors too!

Natural, tastes great. I like it for my long runs hydration. If you have never used a product like this, the first few times that you use you have to adjust quantities of mix to your tastes.

I purchased this for my father to drink while he's at work during the hot weather. He works in construction outside so he gets dehydrated and then in turn gets terrible muscle cramps in his feet and legs. I usually buy him Pedialyte but I was looking for something better and lower priced so I bought this. It works great! He brings a 40 oz iron flask with him for work and he's no longer getting the cramps. He likes the taste as well. I really appreciate the price for the amount you get and the array of flavor options. Will buy again.
Amazing natural taste and 100% efficient!!
I was searching for electrolytes drink with no artificial sugar and found this one with a simple list of ingredients and natural flavour! It really taste like a natural strawberry lemonade because it’s made with real lemons and strawberries and no artificial flavor. I think that the price is good for that high quality and natural ingredients drink. I was feeling nauseous today so I drank those electrolytes and that nausea feeling disappeared. Will also continue to use them for extra hydration daily! Thank you for that amazing natural electrolytes powder!! Will definitely try all other flavours!!

Don’t order it says Best Before March 2023 - it’s now Sept 2024!! It tasted terrible!
GREAT TASTE
I love the taste of this. It doesn't taste salty to me and it is like an actual strawberry lemonade.
I tend to get dehydrated and feel dizzy often great
I always have 1 of these around they are great flavors for electrolytes replenishment I usually struggle with this and tend to get dizzy and fatigued.The one downside is I wish they had this flavor caffeine free and that they made it easier to tell that this one has caffeine. Because I didn't notice it when I bought this initially
My favorite beverage for a cold outing
Was really excited to see them bring back this flavour. On colder fall and winter rides/hikes this is my beverage of choice. To keep it from freezing on the coldest days, just add bit of whiskey and honey ;) Great to bring along camping as well.
