This chic and elegant Collection is accented by inner and outer borders of Platinum. Crafted of porcelain. Dishwasher safe but not microwave safe. When washing gold or platinum banded dinnerware in the dishwasher, use a gentle cycle and turn off the dishwasher before the drying cycle, or allow the dinnerware to cool before handling it. The high temperature of the heated drying cycle can cause the precious metal bands to soften. This 40 piece set includes (8) each: 10-3/4 inch dinner plate, 8-1/2 inch salad plate, 8-1/2 inch soup bowl (12 ounce), 9 Ounce tea cup and 6-1/2 inch tea saucer.

My wife loves this dinnerware set. The package It is nice and elegant. It has all the needed plates and bowls for having a good dinner invitation. I had guests and they all liked it, plates are of good size for main course, soup and salad. It is definitely a great purchase for the price we paid. Fully recommended

Such a beautiful set! I like the pattern. I think it will last long as long as I keep it safe. I do dishes by hand, after many everyday uses, they are still good. I got 2 largest plates that were not even, but i mean, it comes 40 pieces with this sale price, i can not complain..

I purchased two services for eight each and am so happy with the packing and quality of the dishes. I selected used sets and every piece came fully intact and none of the internal boxes were opened. The pieces are all of nice size particularly the dinner plate which is approximately 10.5 in. I love the pattern and I'm so excited to use these for upcoming holidays.

I've been wanting some china for a whole. I've seen the Mikasa Parchment online and really liked it. When I saw this set at black Friday sale price I HAD to order it!!When I opened the box (undamaged) I was thrilled with the pattern on the plate, until I saw the flaws.I pulled out 3 plates and all 3 had flaws in the silver trim-- it was rubbed off in several places and 1 was chipped. The first plate had a black spec in it -- could feel it but it wasn't something that would come off. It is embedded in the finish on the plate.The pictures don't show up as well, but even my husband remarked how bad they looked for new china.I am so disappointed. I do love the pattern but not this set with flaws. I haven't even taken any more pieces out to see how many are messed up. 3 plates was enough for me..These plates appear to be seconds and should be labeled as such.I won't be able to ship them back for a few weeks due to my schedule, but will definitely be sending them back. Very disappointed.(But will definitely try to find this pattern of china that's not seconds- I love it!)

Good value for your money
This 40 piece set is get value for your money. Normally $60 - $75 for each 5 piece setting. Arrived with no damages. Washed all by hand, and stacks well. Classic design. I would love to know where I can get the matching serving pieces from (platter etc)
Beautiful, Elegant Dinner Set
Just received. It’s just beautiful. Very elegant. At first I just saw the silver design white. I didn’t notice the white on white. Just love it. And bought another one of the same for when guests are over.
Really pretty! Better than expected
I was a little skeptical because of some of the reviews. The product was packaged properly and if looks AMAZING! Yes, it doesn't stack perfectly but honestly, who cares? I am really happy with it and would recommend it. It is even prettier in person vs the pics
