i have a very small bathroom and this takes alot of space on the sink counter or the top of the toilet. I moved this to my kitchen instead. You push the top part down to close it and a little tab goes in a hole to keep it close but its too weak that it comes off if I pull a towel quickly. I wish they put something like a hook or anything to lock it, I have to keep pushing the top down instead.

It's not super pretty sitting on the counter and it's quite large but I really like the idea of throwing away the paper towel instead of everyone sharing a hand towel. I would recommend it to anyone but especially those with compromised immune systems. Fewer germs. I know they have nicer ones out there but I'm okay with the blue one.

For the first six months I owned one of these distinctive-looking dispensers, it was reliable. It was also easy to use. When the dispenser was empty, I just opened the top and pressed in a stack of appropriate Kleenex brand paper towels until it clicked at the needed level. When I closed the top, the towels automatically lifted into place, and all was well. It seemed like an excellent product.However, after six months, the lifter mechanism failed--much too soon for a device as promising and expensive as this. It no longer lifted a fresh stack of towels to the top of the dispenser when the lid was closed, nor did it lift the remaining towels as the towels above them in the stack were used. I tried another stack and then another and another. Repeated failure. It just didn't work.So, since the product had a "lifetime warranty," I contacted Kimberly-Clark to have the unit repaired or replaced. I requested, obtained, and submitted an official KC warranty claim form. It took a while, but KC sent a new unit. I was favorably impressed that they stood behind their product. Problem was, the new unit was defective--it didn't work any better than the old one.Lest someone think the commonality of the two equipment failures was operator error on my part, I note that I used the first unit with perfect success for six months before it quit. Also, I used only the OEM Kleenex paper towels that are specified for this dispenser.So I'm giving up on these gizmos and tossing them in the trash. Too bad!

I take my medication at home, we have a home business, and I am starting up a self-funded charity; Needless to say the guest bathroom takes a lot of traffic. I find this product is wonderful for my needs. It’s classy it matches my needs and it’s streamlined looks matches the bathroom Decour beautifully. It has cut down on laundry considerably. If it had not been for Bolo I never would’ve thought of it. So thank you to both Bolo and Kleenex for this product. I am definitely in favor of anything that makes my life easier
2.0 out of 5 stars Not the Best Dispenser For My Supermarket Hand Towels
I bought this to dispense the Kleenex hand towels designed to fit into a bathroom towel rack and are sold in the supermarket. Many reviews said it works well for this purpose. I disagree. It actually doesn't work as well as the cardboard dispenser the towels are sold in. I can't get it to dispense only one towel at a time, which is a nuisance. It is also rather heavy and bulky. And of course, you can't use it in a towel rack, which is the true genius of the cardboard packaging. That said, this product may work fine for the commercial paper towels it is intended to dispense. For me it's a future garage-sale item.

This unit comes empty with no towels included. I ordered the towels recommended in the write up. They are too long and I had to put a partial package in folded to "make it work"When I bought this I was looking for a solution to the light weight card board that kleenex soft absorbent towels come it. I love them but the box is to light to stay put. I would love it if those towels were shorter to fit. The options I have tried are all too long and rather scratchy...very stiff.

No es para toallas de manos estandar
En general buena calidad de producto, pero: compre este dispensador y en otra publicación compre las toallas de manos de la marca kleenex (que son del mismo tamaño que las marca sanitas) pero cuando llegaron lamentablemente las toallas quedaron muy grandes a pesar de ser marca kleenex, ahora tengo una caja con 16 paquetes de toallas sin un dispensador y un dispensador al que si quiero utilizar tengo que comprarle estas toallas de la misma marca pero 250% más caras.
Love the design
I love the design, but it really is larger than I think it needs to be. It only fits the shorter sheets, which is fine, just be careful not to buy the longer ones. The first one I received had a malfunctioning closure, but they replaced it within a day. Great customer service, and I love the way it looks in my living room (I have kids - sometimes facial tissue isn't enough).
