The item was defective and did not turn on. I followed the instruction down to a tee, and it would not turn on. It cost me a bundle of money: aside from the pricey item, i had to pay customs import fees when it entered my country, then courier fees to return the item, and then hours of overseas calls to Bolo customer service to get a refund. This effing device sucks and not worth the money and stress i had to go through. The total cost to this over all horrible experience far exceeds $500! Not worth it!

Hands down to the customer service (especially the representative named ISIS) for helping me resolve the issue. Initially, the cap didn’t work despite several attempts, but after they contacted me, helped troubleshoot, and sent a new battery and charger, things improved. The replacements arrived quickly, and now it works perfectly with the new battery. Issues like these can happen, but I'm hopeful this solution helps me maintain my hair post hair transplant.

I’m having some incredible results! I noticed no more hair shedding in the first week of using it. I was shedding very badly before, enough to clog the shower drain. I’m about 6 weeks into using it, and I notice hair growing back at the hair line. It’s incredibly easy to use, it’s only 6 minutes a day.

I was away and just opened the box. I was anxious to get started but the cap is too large for my head. I'm past the return date. I've not used it - not even plugged it in - as it falls off my head. Can I still exchange it for a smaller size if you have one? I can't really review the product because I can't use it. Didn't notice if the cap comes in different sizes - does it?

I joined a health club that offered full body red light therapy. I was very leary. I started doing 10 min every day, sometimes doing it twice a day. My skin started looking pretty good. I am a 68 year old male who abused his skin with sun damage. After over 2 years my skin looks great. I can pass for 20 years younger and do on dating apps. I had started losing hair in my early 20s. With male pattern baldness. I started using finestraite for hair loss when I was 40. It slowed my hair loss, but had a large bald spot on the back of my head. I finally decided to purchase this baseball cap the first of the year. Again, I was not really hopeful. After one month I noticed more hair loss. I was freaking out. They said I would probably see more loss the first couple months. Even so, it wasn't fun. Then slowly I noticed I needed less time to get ready after I showered. Less of a comb over, which I hated. Now going into my 4th month I am amazed. I always hated how I looked. I don't expect like a full thick head of hair, but to just be able to have a messy hair style and not look bald or thinning I am ecstatic. By the start of summer, I am looking forward to that messy hair look. I know this product is an opulence. But I figured it cost the same as a 2 night hotel stay somewhere. I am still using finestraite and occasionally minoxidil. I apologize for the length of this. But I really am pleased. If I am a male or female in my 30s and am experiencing hair loss go for it. Just be realistic. If you are like totally bald-no fuzz at all, it probably won't work for you. I am waiting for the 1st person who notices my hair growth. I can't wait

As described above . Works well cam in a great condition . I saw some reviews that are not really accurate ! The cap wrok well and only 6min a day that’s doable i think for all of us , i have small head it doesn’t fall if i am not walking with it. Not heavy and comfortable for the use. The price not cheap for sure yet u save yourself time and HAIR
