Add pumpkin seeds to your granolas, trail mixes, breads, salads, or straight from the bag! To toast, simply bake at 300 degrees for 10-15 minutes, stirring frequently. You can lightly salt or season them if desired.

i thought Bob's are top notch quality but i am amazed how bad the pumpkin seeds looks inside the package.they are broken color and taste is changed and they are rancid.totally shocked.
