I absolutely love these pink Gibson dishes! They are not only beautiful but also incredibly functional. Dishwasher and microwave safe, they make daily meals and cleanup a breeze. The variety of colors available makes it easy to match them with any kitchen style, but the pink set is by far my favorite. Since living on my own, these have become my go-to dishes, and I can't imagine my kitchen without them. Highly recommend them for anyone looking for stylish, durable dinnerware!

This arrived and the box had been damaged but it was so well packed. Everything was perfect. The color is absolutely beautiful. The quality was much better than I expected for the price. I’d recommend and buy this again!! I probably would hand wash and not use in the microwave as stated. They are worth the effort.

I have a guest apartment so I bought these for that reason. I bought the cream? color because my decor is white and blue. With constant use you can start to see some utensil marks, like knife cutting, spoon use on the bottom of the bowls, but they hold up well. They are hand washed but can also be used in a dishwasher, and after a year I've only had one salad plate get broken. I ordered another set to use now as back up pieces for the future. The sizes of the plates are normal for salad and dinner, the bowls are quite big for cereal and soup.

I looked at a lot of dish sets before buying and I'm so glad I went with these. My girlfriend loves them too. I bought the gray - it's a nice bluish gray that I really like and is not too boring/flat. I just bought a box of the blue for variety, hopefully they'll match well. I'll update my review when they arrive.What's so great about these dishes? Well, they look and feel good. Nice matte finish, rich color, the accent at the rim is just enough to be interesting without being gaudy. It's a bit more muted than the listing photos suggest. They're heavy enough to feel good, but not heavy enough to be annoying.And the shapes are just great. First, I wanted cereal bowls not soup bowls. I just find them more useful, but they're rare to find in a set. And these are the perfect size/shape imo. The plates being flat all the way to the edge, then having an upturned lip provides way more usable space than a traditional shape. The lip is big enough to securely keep your food on the plate and prevent dripping sauces etc. But it's low enough that it doesn't get in the way of cutting, even right out at the edge.Probably my favorite thing about this set is the small plates. I've never really used small plates before, they just held too little to be useful to me. But I use these daily, maybe more than the big plates. Because the base is flat (aka useful) all the way out to the lip, these small plates hold almost as much as a traditional dinner plate. But in a small, convenient package. I also find the lip on these plates gives a bit better grip/handle than traditional shapes. It's a small thing, but they just feel easier and more secure to carry around full of food.Like I said, I already bought another pack. 8 places is enough for my household and these are sturdy enough I can't imagine breaking them. But I might buy a 3rd box just to stock up and be safe. I do wish there was a soup bowl add-on option, but since personally I rarely prefer those over a cereal bowl, it's fine.
