I used to be a die-hard Tide fan. I grew up washing my clothes with Tide. Their big, orange jug is practically synonymous with my definition of "laundry." However, now there is a better alternative than all that plastic and waste. I honestly don't know why the major laundry detergent brands haven't caught on to the fact that most of us are climate conscious and are looking to be more environmentally responsible with our consumption.Despite that, I'm not willing to sacrifice quality. I want a product that is going to be effective, cost-efficient, AND better for the environment. I tried a number of different brands of laundry sheets before settling on Breezeo laundry strips. I like that the sheets are perforated, so you can easily choose how much you need per load. My husband is in construction, so his clothes are much dirtier than mine and typically need two strips. However, for everyday wear, one strip (or 1/3 of a sheet) is more than sufficient!The sheets themselves dissolve easily, whether you're washing in hot or cold water and this "Fresh Linen" scent is both clean and pleasant.Why lug a big, plastic tub of laundry detergent around when you can use these laundry strips? They're lighter, pack flatter, take up less space in your laundry room, are better for the environment, smell great, and clean your clothes just as well (if not better.)Loving laundry may still be a stretch, but I like doing it with these laundry strips a whole lot better than I used to!

It is SO COOL to have a thin cardboard envelope instead of a heavy plastic jug of detergent! Breezeo even got out the tough mascara stains in my makeup remover cloth. It dissolves completely too. I think the trick is to place the strips into the drum first, then add your load. These are great for traveling too! You can use a strip in the bathroom sink to do a small load and no worries about it leaking in the luggage. I keep a few strips in the camper, too, because they don’t take up any room. I really like everything about it, including the fact that it’s made in Canada.

Great scent, easy and convenient. It does leave residue on some of my performance fabrics. It wipes off easily with a damp cloth and doesn't damage the clothes, it's just sometimes extra work that I don't need. I'm going to try some other brands and see how they do. The scent is very light to non existent which I like. My clothes come out clean, and don't irritate my sensitive skin or allergies. If you have cotton or other natural fiber clothes, then this product works great. I have a top loading Samsung with no agitator. I have put the sheets first and then the clothes and vice versa and seems to work the same either way. I use vinegar in the fabric softener section and dry with wool dryer balls.

My husband and I took a 12 day trip to Europe. I brought a few sheets of this detergent along and used it both at a laundromat, (twice) and in the sink for handwashing. I noticed especially when hand washing it dissolves very quickly. I just used one strip and tore the detergent strip in small pieces and dissolved it in the sink before adding clothing. Two strips is usually what I used for a full load in the commercial laundromat. Definitely would bring along on a trip again. Very convenient.

For context, I only used these to hand wash my small loads of clothes while traveling. I never used them for machine washing, so can’t provide helpful feedback there.I used them with a dry bag and would run cold water into the bag, while the strips and laundry were inside. They dissolved easily and actually got rid of the odor on some shirts! However, I did notice that I had to use 3 strips per wash in order for the clothes to get that fresh laundry smell.Highly recommend for on the go travel washing though!

Similar to other users who have used Breezeo Laundry Detergent Strips, they do not easily dissolve in water. I have a front-load HE washing machine, the detergent is placed in a loading tray. High pressured water is then flushed through the tray to dissolve the detergent and it trickles into the washing drum.After doing two loads of laundry using these new concentrated strips, the conclusion is: They DO NOT dissolve easily in the water. There are still remnants left in the tray and some slight clumps stuck on the clothes/towels. These are sticky clumps that remain on the fabric. I had to hand wash it to remove it.TIPS FOR HOW TO USE - Rip the strips into small / tiny pieces, put in a separate cup and dissolve first with hot water while stirring before pouring into the washing machine (whether it's front load try or top load into the washing machine drum). This significantly reduces the clumping issue experienced.PROSGreat for traveling, better for the environment because no harmful chemicals and minimal plastic waste on packaging. Nice mild scent.CONSMore time consuming, clumps are a bit messy to clean off, difficult to dissolve even with stirring.FINAL VERDICT - If you're doing this to leave a smaller carbon footprint and to consciously reduce the plastic waste dumped into our environment. Then switching to this type of laundry detergent will definitely clean your clothes and help the environment.It does require some extra effort to do your laundry. But, know that you just saved a bunch of unnecessary plastic containers from being thrown into the landfills and oceans.

These make me feel better about my small cog in the whell of saving the planet. These work extremely well. It was an adjustment getting used to a strip of material cleaning my clothes especially for kids and hubby (who insists on using more than 1…he still can’t wrap his head around it). But these dissolve well and clean clothes as they should. I am sticking with them.
