I absolutely love this vegetable chopper! It’s incredibly easy to use and has made meal prep so much faster. I just prepped 3/4 lb baby carrots and a large red onion in under 4 minutes, and that includes peeling the onion and rough chopping into quarters. Took me less than 2 minutes to clean. Only other thing I used was a knife to cut the onion. Simple to use (although for harder things like carrots you'll need to hit it or have enough muscle to squeeze it down, but I was doing 4 baby carrots at a time). Changing blades couldn't be easier. Clean up is a breeze with the tools provided. No muss, no fuss, no cutting board or 20 minutes of cutting. And I can store the veggies in the container until needed. Fullstar also has covers for the catch bowl and I think I'll purchase them in the future. The only reason I gave a 4 out of 5 is one, I can't give 4.5 stars. Second, it's a shame that it doesn't come with a slicing blade, like if you want to slice celery or thin strips of apple or sweet potato for drying or potato for au gratan potatos. The egg slicer will only reliably slice soft things like an egg or a ripe avocado. Had it come with that slicing blade, the review would have been 5.

I bought this after visiting a friend who had one. It is amazing and easy to use, but be careful, the blades are extremely sharp! I have used it on garlic, onions, cheese, celery, tomatoes, carrots, etc and it cuts through everything with ease. It is easy to clean and store. I would definitely recommend it to others.

I love this! Used it the same day I got it. I bought the 2 in 1 with the two blades it's all I needed. It seems sturdy so far helped me process veggies for canning salsa Verde from the 'Ball Complete Book of Home Preserving'. I chopped up several pounds of green cherry tomatoes, and also green beefsteak tomatoes, and red onions with this. *IMPORTANT TIP: pre-slice anything you want to chop first, before putting it into the chopper. I cut my cherry tomatoes in half first green ones are a little firm so they went through a little more easily then over ripe ones, some pressure pushing down was still required. And I precut 1/4" slices of green beefsteak tomatoes, and made even thinner slices of red onions before chopping them with this device. The device saved me so much time when prepping veg for canning! The pre-slicing doesn't take long at all and is worth doing, otherwise you may break the device. I hope my Fullstar chopper will last me a long time. Oh yea, I use a long handled brush from the Dollar Tree to wash it with to keep my fingers far from the blades. Although I had thought I was being super careful, I barely touched a blade by accident and got a small cut, so use caution.

Review coming from the stay at home mom who attempts to cook as much as possible from home. One thing that I find that takes the most time is chopping things for meals. This gadget helps me cut the vegetables, shred the cheese and I even used it to prep deviled eggs. Easy to assemble, can be a bit dangerous to clean if you are not one of those super careful cleaners. Product is easy to store, seems to be safe and doesn’t slide around making things difficult to chop. This is a daily user for meal preppers. You will find it helping save you time, is more efficient, and looks nicer if you are a food perfectionist.

Love the chopper, helps me prep for large meals easily which is why I bought it. Only gripe I have is that the top chopping part isn’t really secured to the bottom reservoir that holds the food. So each time you chop, and pull open the chopper, you basically take the whole top off. Little annoying but still a useful product.
