I like the variety of flavors - sour cherry is our favorite, but it's nice to have something different on occasion. The box they come in is flimsy, so deliveries are touch and go, but the packets are always in good shape. Easy to eat mid run or ride, easily digested - never had a sour stomach from them.

UPDATE #2 LOL: I just got the orange today and oh my gosh these are so far my favorite flavor, the raspberry is really good to but these orange are amazing.UPDATE: i had to order 2 more boxes these are the first time i ever had something work.I love it's not like a caffeine type energy where you feel jittery, it's like sa clean energy if that even makes sense... lol... I also sleep better and i wake up earlier with out being tired. Definitely will always have these in the house they are a little pricy but I don't mind because they do work great for me. Wow... these have such a great taste to them. I'm very impressed on how they make you feel. Definitely will get this again and try the other flavors.

The raspberry actually taste's like raspberry. the are easy to chew and have not caused any stomach discomfort as others have. Package say serving size is 5ea, I can only consume 3 at a time which seems to be sufficient. When you first open the package they are a little sticky. I use them after my bike ride to the gym, before my weights workout and after before i ride home. Without the chews my rides and workout just seem off, sluggish.

I was looking for some energy chews for my long runs and decided to try this brand because I have had their electrolytes at races (I don't buy them only because of their high price). I am very happy with the taste and the little boost of energy you get. They get slightly sticky in high temperatures but not bad in comparison with other products. And I like that they are vegan.

Tasty little treats, not sure I notice a lot of energy coming from them other than a hit from the sugar.
Works well, tastes good
Fuels great, not hard on the stomach, right balance of sodium and carbs to keep going. Packages could be a bit more user friendly. I have to prep my packs ahead of my runs (each pack is enough for 2 x 30 minutes). Flavour is really good, not too sweet. A bit on the expensive side but all sports fuels are.
