These are used for diabetic low blood sugar the Gel Products that are sold for a diabetic use are 4 to 5 times more expensive. These have the more carbs per packet taste 1000 times better and don’t give me drastic spikes above and beyond what is needed to maintain my blood sugar when it drops to unsafe levels. So far I have bought the cherry and the orange and while I would not want to just eat them they are edible for my purpose and very easy to carry. Also so far they have not exploded in my Hot truck so that’s a plus. I highly recommend them if you were tired of eating choking chulky glucose tablets. I just really wish that the price will stay the same every day it changes.

Mildly sweet flavor, fairly easy to open. Didn’t leave my hands feeling sticky. Only downside is the package is a bit larger than the average “gel” but I don’t need to carry water on my long runs. Overall I’m very satisfied with this product.
