I am not an expert on maple syrup. But I have travelled the world tasting on my waffles and pancakes. I have never tasted a syrup as rich and tasty as this. My initial reactions, as I remember them:It was luxuriously thick. As it began to dilute on my tongue, this big taste of maple arrived. Forget hints of anything artificial. Simple and dense flavor. The last thing I noted was that it was just the right amount of sweet. We are talking marriage here.

Great pure maple syrup with wonderful maple flavor. Way, way too expensive! I recently switched brands to Purely Canadian. The maple flavor is on par with Escuminac, but a bit cheaper.

I love the syrup, but putting the syrup jar with 2 pieces of shipping paper in a box for shipping creates a sticky mess!I’m tired of receiving food that I need to clean-up a mess to then throw it out!PLEASE package items for shipping.

This is a great price for a HUGE jug of beautiful maple syrup.The only thing to note is it isn’t a flip top - so you will need to use a different container to pour it. Otherwise you will end up with a cup of syrup on your plate. :)Wonderful and delicious.
