I ordered this as a surprise for my daughter (age 61) she loved it. She said it was just like the one she had as a child. She started playing with it right away. Then she ordered one for my grandchild, so she can teach them to use it. Great fun for two generations!

I bought this as a gift for a seven year old boy who lives in Europe and never heard of Spirograph - initially they did not understand the concept but once I demonstrated it to him it was a huge hit and all his friends enjoyed playing with it. His parents tell me he can spend up to two hours sitting and making various creations.

i love this product! it is perfect for a birthday or Christmas gift, the only problem is that the pens ran out of ink very quickly and that the instructions are very hard to understand and that the words are small so i do not recommend this toy for children under 5 years but i do give it 4 stars because it is very good quality and a great toy for older kids.

It is just as I remember as a child. So much fun! I think it's even more fun now that I know what I'm doing, or trying to crate? The price was on point and u would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to do something creative and fun!

As a child of the 60’s, I was beyond glee when I found this. It was an impulse buy and I really had no *need* for it. When it arrived, the box brought back a flood of memories, but that was nothing compared to when I opened it! I felt like a child again and have actually used this quite often since purchasing it. Improvements since the 60’s? No more pushpins to hold the rings down, it uses sticky tack now. Amazing and more sturdy than the pins. The included pens are also a great improvement from the original ones. I bought a 24 pack of gel pens to go with this. If you’re the type who enjoys colouring to relax, GET THIS! If you’re 50+, the memories are going to be amazing.
