The Ashwagandha for Stress Relief is AWESOME. I have been taking two weeks, I started my husband today and he said (without my asking) he has no aches and pains today, I said and thats after just ONE day. I have had improved sleep, longer sleep, more sound sleep, this gradually got better as the days went on. The biggest thing I noticed was inflammation reduction. Less aches and pains in general , especially when laying in bed at night trying to get to sleep. I also got a BUNCH of bug bites on a Turtle Trek on the beach at night. I had welts all over my body. The next day they were all gone, and mine normally stay for weeks or months. I was only taking it a week at that time, My friend had what looked to be chicken pox from all the bites on her ankles like an anklet , and many on her chest, red spots. I also used some essential oils spray that night so I think the combo helped but the disappearance of the bites was clearly due to my taking this. I sprayed some on her but she wasnt taking the Ashwagandha for Stress Relief. I also have noticed appetite decrease. Not like not hungry at all, just not eating junk or eating when its not a meal time. I have lost two pounds, coincidence? not sure, I will update. On another note, I have a stressful life because of my special needs children. While I am still a little edgy, I have felt better able to cope and less worked up., again I have only been taking a few weeks. I will say I have an overall well being I did not have before, I am excited to see how I feel after two more weeks. OH and they will send you a free bottle once you have taken it for a few weeks and let them know about how you like it. But I would write the review anyway, its good stuff. I also bought seeds to grow my own plant!!!!

I have taken ashwaghanda before, but this is the first time I ever take KSM-66. The instructions only tell you to take two capsules a day, but it does not state if they should be taken in the morning or in the evening. So, based on the reviews I read, I decided to take a capsule before bed. Well, all I can say is that it didn’t do any magic. I suffer from insomnia and this capsule made it worse, so I was unable to sleep. I had to take extra melatonin so that I could fall asleep at 3:00am.As I had taken the regular one, and I know the effects in my body when I work out, I decided to take two capsules before working out in the morning. This KSM-66 made me go the extra mile without feeling tired or exhausted. The additional ingredients in this formula are wonderful for managing stress which is the main reason why I purchased it. My body is now stuck in stress mode 24/7 so my cortisol levels do not go down as they are supposed to. I also thought that taking the dose in the morning will make me feel sleepy, but that did not happen. I feel no anxiety or stress. I definitely will continue taking two capsules in the morning before working out, instead, of taking them before bed as other people. I will update review if anything changes as I continue taking it.

I'm not a doctor and this is in no way to be construed as any medical advice for you or anyone else to take. This is only me recording my own experience.My doctor recommended I start taking Ashwagandha. He's very particular about what brands of supplements I take because not all supplements are the same quality. Thus, I always ask what brand he recommends. This was one of the 2 brands of Ashwagandha he recommended. Thus, I purchased it and recommend it to my friends when they say they are considering taking Ashwagandha.Naturally, my doctor's advice was for me. He knows my medical history and current problems. I'm not saying my doctor's advice is what is right for you. You should speak with your own doctor and do your own research. But for me, this was a good-quality supplement that I would definitely buy again.

When you are already in a calm state, this works great. I would akin it to maybe melatonin. But depending on your stress and nervous system, this won't calm you down or slow down stress headaches. Great when you're getting ready for bed though.

A few months ago I was struggling with severe anxiety that led me to start therapy. Somewhere along this process, I came across Ashwagandha being a supplement to help reduce stress, anxiety among other things. After looking through reviews and searching ingredients I decided to buy this particular brand and try out. To say this product has changed my life is an understatement. Whenever I come across stressful situations, or I feel my anxiety is about to hijack an important moment such as a presentation, or meeting I take two of these and I whether it is placebo or not, this supplement alone has helped get through whatever I need to get through- but without anxiety. This supplement has become sort of a bridge that lets me get through the other side with ease. I have also noticed that it releaves headaches and helps me sleep better.

Hi Dina! I have attached a screenshot of an invoice from My Orders on Bolo. Ashwaganda for Stress was the product, and I am impressed! I love that the ashwaganda is KSM-66, and that it is accompanied with L-theanine and GABA. I am a brain science nerd, so I have researched and used products similar to this one, but Naturewise Ashwaganda for Stress is the best one I have found to help me naturally manage stress and anxiety. I am a mental health nurse and substance abuse counselor, so I have a lot of stress in my life. I am sleeping better, eating better, enjoying life more, and thinking more clearly than I was a month ago before using this product. I am a believer and long-time customer!
