5.0 out of 5 stars Ran small
Super nice pants but did not run true to size. Had to return since they were too small.
5.0 out of 5 stars Look's Great, Well Made
The pants fit perfect as long as you order the size according to its chart. Excellent material used and the style and design is exactly what I was looking for. It fit nice and tight.
1.0 out of 5 stars Not sure who these will fit
I'm not exactly sure why I bought these as I read the reviews of them being super short on most people, but for some reason thought they would work for me. They did not. I'm not tall, I'm 5'3" so I thought with the high waist they would work for me. I got the xs first and couldn't even pull them up past my thighs. Then I exchanged for the S/M and while I could pull them up, the waist was too big and if I squatted down fell almost off my butt. The crotch was also really low, so you'd have to have really short legs for these to fit. I ended up returning.
2.0 out of 5 stars Unfinished waist??! I'll look elsewhere.
KEY POINT: These wetsuit pants have an UNFINISHED WAIST, or maybe I received a defective pair? Since there is no drawstring or elastic waistband or any other solution to bring in the waist, I found that these did not stay up on me. (An unfinished waist means there is no stitching on the edge of the garment.) The cut and tight fit alone are supposed to hold the pants securely against the body. This didn't work for me.FIT AND SIZING: Me -- 195 lbs, 5'10" with long torso, a woman who carries some weight in the midsection, with very fit legs. I ordered the blue color, size "US XL / Tag 2XL" and the legs were a little loose for me. The rise was not long for me, given my height, long torso, and fat distribution around the midsection. The fit wasn't terrible. The pants fit well in the seat and thighs (the shape is nice -- see pics), as well as around my lower abdomen, but the lack of any way to secure the waist was the kiss of death for this product. The waist rolled down.ADDITIONAL: There was some looseness in the back. When I sat down, the waist gapped in the small of my back (as with some jeans), so I know excess water was going to get in there during aquatic sports. I think I could have considered trying the smaller size to ensure a tight-fitting wetsuit, but with waist being unfinished, I'll not waist my time here and just look for another pair elsewhere. What a shame, because the blue is a lovely color option against all of the black suits that saturate the market.
5.0 out of 5 stars I love these. The quality is good and they fit ...
I love these. The quality is good and they fit as expected. These are only 2MM so you'll need something thicker in colder months but they're perfect for cooler waters temps as you move from summer to fall.
3.0 out of 5 stars Great. BUT, you must have the right kind of body for these to work.
First -- I have no doubt the positive reviews here are for reals. BUT, you must have the right kind of body for these to work. I'm a 16 in O'Neill for reference; I am fairly long legged (31 inseam) despite being only 5'4".You should be: (a) On the thinner side, and (b) short, or at least, short legged, and/or (c) have a strangely long rise. Remember that these are Asian-market made. So the 2XL is more like a 12-14 in US sizing. The crotch doesn't come up very far (in other words, a strangely long, long, long rise) combined with fairly narrow legs and uncomfortable knee area. Nonetheless, had they fit me, I would have been in scuba heaven, for no reason other than it is impossible to find a high waist in scuba pants! So. I am sad.Was so excited to find this pant online. The ONLY high waist scuba pants online. Literally. Unfortunately, they don't fit. The legs are pretty narrow (which is good for diving) but the two seams right over the knee area... why? Those seams make that area really inflexible and uncomfortable. But the real problem is the crotch -- it was nowhere near MY crotch. Basically they are a very short pant --OR--if you manage to get the crotch up -- a capri. I would have settled for above my ankles or even a capri with the waist to my boobal region.....if I could have gotten them up that far.Sadly, have to go back. The search for high waisted dive gear goes on....
5.0 out of 5 stars Great
Very nice, I'm 5'9 165lbs ordered XXL. i am curvy so they are just a bit tight in the thighs and a good bit loose in the waist but they still look really nice and can be folded down and still have a nice high waist. I first got the black then the blue and i kinda think the blue is one tiny bit looser in the thigh, maybe because of the extra seams with the color block. they look just like the model, a little extra room in the FUPA. just one little bit penguin ish
4.0 out of 5 stars High waist is great!
Stripes at knees make flexing — even to get on/off a little difficult, otherwise nice!
