I’m not really sure how this works but I’ve noticed huge results in a very short amount of time. I started with 3 pills twice a day and within a few days my trickle was a flow and I was sleeping through the night. From a skeptic it shouldn’t work, but it did for me. Thanks to all the positive reviews I gave it a chance. I wish I tried it sooner.

A major internal and external ( just break open the capsules and use on the skin as a moisturiser etc) emollient because the body needs not only hydration but also lubrication. Inflammation is massive everywhere and is the root cause of soooo much. This is a terrific soother etc. Don’t hesitate.

They help- my brain -- focus is improved about an hour after taking-my skin -- I've had dry skin for years, which seems improved by taking these capsules, and after reading that others were using it topically, I gave it a try. Seems helpful.-my stamina! I do Park Run every now and then, and my friend noticed my stamina improved.I'm on my third bottle. I definitely recommend these tallow pills!
