I'll admit that I rather like to drink beer in 16oz cans. I'd been using those free 12oz foam koozies you get, and they're OK, but I decided I'd like a 16oz one. Started looking on Bolo and discovered "they" make insulated stainless coolers. Not being on-board giving money to that "Abominable" company that makes a similar product (and unfortunately supports political views I don't approve of), I decided to give this item a try. I am glad I did!This product is well engineered and works wonderfully. I am impressed by everything, even the clever packaging. In the package, you get the cooler, a can insert, a 12oz adapter, and a sealing lid from which you may drink.The cooler itself is constructed from nice, heavy stainless steel. I got the plain SS finished version, but I'm sure the other colors/patterns are just as good. I like that the cooler has two "flats" on either side to help orient it in your hand. They also make it easier to grip when changing out cans or screwing/unscrewing the drink lid. Another nice touch is the rubberized coating on the bottom of the cooler, making it less likely you'll commit the cardinal sin of spilling your beer!The cooler comes with the can insert installed. It is a tough, rubbery "gasket" that screws into the cooler. This provides a perfect, almost air-tight seal on a standard 16oz can (I'm partial to Guinness, but can also attest that it works with PBR and Miller High Life). I like that you simply push the can into the cooler without having to unscrew the lid, insert your beer, then screw it back on like you do with some other brands. It fits the can tightly, it isn't coming out unless you want it to. To remove, just grasp the top of the can and pull. You can actually feel a slight vacuum as it releases. Then pop in another one (you ARE having more than one, aren't you)?Want to drink something, hot or cold, that's not in a can? Simply unscrew the can insert and use the, for want of a better term, dispensing cover. This plastic, o-ringed cover screws into the cooler for a very tight seal. The flip-up cover for the dispensing orifice snaps down to seal the hole with a rubber stopper. This cover stays down when put down, and up when put up to drink. If you're traveling, flip the lock to make it spill resistant. This is great for drinking coffee or whatever when out and about.Also included, though I'll admit I've not tried it yet, is a plastic insert that you may drop into the cooler for use with 12oz cans. I'll likely give this a workout soon, as I'm craving some Modelo Especial and that's only available in 12oz cans in this area.Conclusion: This is a very nice product that does exactly what it's advertised to do. I love it when a product just plain works! I don't know how you can go wrong with this cooler, whether you're drinking hot or cold beverages, it will do the job, and do it well. Excellent value for money, in my opinion.Update 12/14/23--So I went against my own advice and didn't remove the drink cover after a day of enjoying cheap Coffee Brandy and 2% milk (pretty yummy, once in a while) and the next day, that lid was glued on there permanently. No amount of hot water, soaking in soapy water for three days, the application of various rubber objects to increase purchase, nor tapping (hoping to not break) the raised plastic part of the lid had ANY effect. Just plain stuck. So, naturally, I did what the manufacturer specifically says not to do--I stuck it (empty) into the freezer and forgot about it for a day. Took it out, and that cover screwed right off, lickety split. No damage at all to any component of the cooler. So, although of course I'd never suggest anyone go against the manufacturer's orders, this is the answer (YMMV, of course).

I previously had a hopsulator duo, and I loved it so I thought I would come back for another when mine started getting mold around the gasket. I really enjoy that this has an ice pack and can hold regular cans as well as tall boys but I will say that this one does not keep my drinks as cold as the duo did. Maybe it’s because it’s meant for tall boys but it just kind of a let down. It does keep them cold for a long time don’t get me wrong, and it works great but I think I will switch back to a duo when I get the chance because I just am not happy with this one as much as I was the other.In terms of just eating it for what it is, it’s good! The ice pack is nice but doesn’t do much in the way of keeping drinks cool and regular cans don’t fit as well in it as the duo - which is understandable considering it is meant for tall cans. It is durable and not too thick in the hands and easy to hold.

I love that this is a multipurpose cup. The insulator works great the ice pack makes it so that it can even be left in a hot car and the drink is still cold. I love that it has the option to be used as a tumbler as well. The lid is very spill proof. I used it camping and knocked my freshly made drink right off the table. Not a drop spilled. I was an instant brumate fan after that

We bought 3 of these! They are so handy. It's affordable for the amount of use you get out of it. I love the little ice block you get that goes in the bottom to keep drink colder, it also makes short cans taller so it can fit the taller energy drinks and shorter classic coke can drinks. I live in Texas and it'll keep drink cold in car if left unattended

Finally settled on this particular design, since I usually drink a Monster energy for breakfast. Seemed to be much slimmer, while still offering all the same benefits as the other vacuum sealed can coolers. The ice block for the bottom was also a great idea!It definitely works, thats for sure! I know some may think "why would you want to keep a drink cold for so long?" but I (and others) don't have the luxury of consuming at a regular pace while at work. It really helps when it's still cold after a couple hours. I really like the design as well, as there are two flat sides. Much easier to maintain your grip if it can't slide completely through your hands.The stopper at the bottom for using 12oz cans is also a nice feature. Although I rarely drink 12oz cans, I have tried it a few times, and it definitely keeps things super cold.Never used it as a tumbler itself, so I can't really comment, but it does include a replacement lid so it can work like any other insulated drink container.

I have been looking for a good can cooler that would hold a 16oz can (Rockstar Energy Drink). There are a few out there but they always seem to be wide at the top and smaller at the bottom. This BrüMate is a consistent size up and down. It also keeps my beverage cold most of the day.On feature I liked about my new BrüMate is that it has two functions: a 16oz can cooler and with a lid swap, it can be used as an insulated drinking cup. Very few offer this feature. Now that winter 2023 has set in, it's great for coffee or even better, irish creamed hot chocolate on those chilly nights. One last feature is the Ice puck. This is a puck designed to be frozen until needed. You grab it out of your freezer, drop it into the bottom of your cooler, slip in a 12 oz can of whatever you're drinking and boom, you have a can cooler for your soda or whatever liquid libation you prefer. Can't ask for much more in a can cooler.Build quality is good, delivery was fast, packaging was good, what's not to like? Even though it was a tad pricey, it has proved to be worth the money, at least for me.I completely recommend this product for any one.

Keeps Things Cold
So far, after just over 2 weeks, I absolutely love this. I have used it for both my Monster Energy drinks and for regular-sized cans of pop. The tall cans fit perfectly, do not slide out even if upside down, and are kept cold for over 6 hours (while sitting at my desk at least). And for regular-sized pop cans, the additional puck that comes with it helps keep them colder for even longer (have yet to find out just how long but at least 6 hours). I have not tried it by itself using the included lid yet so I can not speak to if it is leakproof or not. However, I can say that if you have a glass that happens to fit in it (which I found one that does) it also works amazing at keeping the drink cold. Obviously how well it fits depends on the glass you use, but the one I have been using fits nice and snug even leaving a lip over the top making it perfect for drinking out of without worrying about any unnecessary spills. My only regret is that I can not afford to get another as they are pricey (though worth it in my opinion) and I am on Disability support. Hopefully one day I will be able to try out more of BrüMate's products.

Excelente producto. Lo ideal es usarlo para latas de 473ml y 500ml, y así no tener que andar cargando con los accesorios. Mantiene la bebida helada hasta el último trago. Lo recomiendo mucho.
Conserva lo frío
Conserva muy bien lo frío por varias horas . No lo he usado con líquido caliente.
