5.0 out of 5 stars Fit well
I’m a pretty short person and these still fit me well. The soles on the boots are thick and durable. It works great for the price and they are versatile could be used for a variety of things though I used mine for fly fishing. They weren’t the most breathable but that was to be expected and I’d rather have the waterproofing and the seems be solid. I can move well in them with no stiffness and they clean super easy.
5.0 out of 5 stars GREAT WADERS
The waders are better than I thought they would be. Have used the a few times and they keep the water out. Nice and light. If they wear out I will purchase again with no problem. Great product.
4.0 out of 5 stars Some leakage, but not bad
I put these things through a pretty tough test surveying creeks and rivers in southern Tennessee. I'd wear them for up to 10 hours straight, hiking through overgrown woods and fields full of thorns, brambles, and other unfriendly brush. We were regularly standing for long periods in water up to our waists.Pros: these are lighter weight than other waders I have seen, they're more like a rubber coated canvas than full molded rubber. That means they flex easier, are lighter, and aren't quite as hot. This was great in the south in July. The shoulder straps help them stay up and in place very well. The phone case is handy and durable. I've seen other reviews complain about the case breaking, and maybe that was an older design because mine was very durable. I imagine the force necessary to break the case off it's lanyard would be hard to miss as it pulls at your neck. Overall the fit was exactly as expected. I wear a size 13 and ordered purely off shoe size. The final fit was perfect for me, 6'4", 230lb, shoe size 13. The boots were a little big but that's needed to get your foot in something that doesn't lace up.The con: These do tend to leak a bit. I can't put my finger on exactly when or why it happens, but it seems like it's more like water seeping in slowly than what I would consider an actual leak.Overall these work well for the price. They will keep you dry-ish while being more comfortable and functional than others I have seen. I do recommend this product for light duty use, but maybe not if you're going to plant yourself in a river and fish all day. Get something higher end for that.
5.0 out of 5 stars Lightweight, comfortable, and comes with nice extras
I love these lightweight waders. I had a different pair for winter that were made of neoprene, but they are way too hot to wear when the weather is warm and they are so restrictive that it is difficult to walk more than a few feet. These lightweight waders are fabulous, even for long walks. We live near (okay, you got me--we actually live IN) the swamp and a lot of times, I need to wear waders if I want to cross the streams to see the birds further in the swamp as I go bird watching almost every day. These waders are light to wear and I've worn them in water up to my waist and had no leaks. Of course, I plan to spray all the seams with that rubber spray paint in the future to ensure that, but despite my walking around in them in the swamp where there is a lot of debris and water, I've had no leaks. And they are a pleasure to walk in. I bought a size that was half a size larger than what I normally wear and the feet fit, but were not as loose as I expected, so I would say that buying a half a size to an entire size larger than what you normally wear is a good idea. The waders come with a belt (thank goodness) so they stay up in the proper position to allow freedom of movement. That was the problem with my old waders--the crotch kept going down to mid-thigh and acted as a hobble: these waders do not have that problem at all so they were very comfortable even when I was walking a mile or more. They also come with a little halter/hook strap that can be hooked around the boots so that they can be hung upside down to dry them. This is a great idea and works well. In fact, my pair are hanging up now after use yesterday. They also come with a little waterproof pouch for cell phones. The pouch hangs around your neck--my cell phone fit perfectly (I have a Pixel 4XL in a case) and I could still use the phone while it was in the case. That was a real added bonus that I hadn't anticipated. The waders fit loosely, which is good for me as it allows freedom of movement. I almost forgot to mention that there is also a little front pouch on the chest, and the waders also come with foot pads you can insert in the boots. I actually prefer to insert gel insoles, but at least they did come with the pads which work fine, too, although they are a little thin. For the price, I can't believe how well these waders work for me. Of course, everyone is different and has different needs, but these have been exactly what I needed to the point where I'm thinking of buying a second pair just to keep them on hand for the future. It seems like whenever I find a product I really like, they stop making it. That's pretty much the story of my life, so as I write this, I'm really thinking, hmmm, I need to buy that second pair right now!
5.0 out of 5 stars Great for Grandpa!
Honey approved! And he has had many , many waders over the years.I got these for my husband to go fly fishing in Washington St. He loves them! He did fish in the middle of river, no leaks, lightweight, fit great & kept him warm enough. His biggest like is how lightweight they are and how easy it is to move around with them on.He likes them so much that he wants me to get these for his adult daughter. I will be ordering them today.
5.0 out of 5 stars Best option from all stores
Cheap price point compared to other sporting good stores. After searching a few stores like academy, I couldn’t find a pair that fit my feet and my female figure. These were perfect. I would size up in shoe size to fit some socks for comfort..I purchased a seven for true to size and wish I had a little more room for thicker socks. They were fine for fly fishing in Montana for a week. Got the job done and cheap enough for some normal wear and tear after a season or two. Not the most comfortable shoe, but if you’re not walking far (they were fine for a few miles before my feet were in pain) or are only using these for a few trips, they are perfect. They come with a repair kit and a waterproof phone sleeve. They are slick or slipper rocks.
Nice N Dry
I bought these for quading in the mud and whatever else comes my way. As one can see in the picture, they were definitely used well. Happy to say no leaks and the size was true to the chart. Only thing I added was insoles. Would buy again.
Excelente producto buen precio
Not heavy duty
Bought these so could clear out our large ponds. They ripped in the leg part and the wellie boot bit soon sprang a leak
Reasonable price, nice product
I received the parcel way earllier than estimated. It is a reasonable price and quality product.
Top Quality, Good Price
I purchased these to work on my dock, sweep weeds and fish in a few local hot spots. They work fantastic. Not only are they great quality, I also find them very comfortable for something I purchased without trying on first!
