The best stool softener for my body thus far. They offer an unflavored option which is my ONLY choice. I stir this in with my hot cocoa and, down the hatch! Works wonders. It doesn't clump and it dissolves quickly. After I had a couple of surgeries, this is what I used daily until I no longer took pain meds and my body's waste elimination cycle was back on track! I am frequent, 3- 5 bm per day and want to remain that way. ☺️Smooth sailing!

It works well enough, but the name brand works so well. I would rather just pay a little more for consistent results. Background info: I have needed to use the name brand for a year for some complications from pregnancy, but switched to this to try out. It was worth the try, but won’t repurchase.
