Large and medium pans scratched from the cardboard packaging. Large one is after I tried cleaning it. Medium one is right out of the package. I have been using the pans in spite of the minimal damage from the packaging.

I had read all the reviews and people were talking about how things were sticking and it truly wasn't non-stick. I don't know what they're cooking in it to cause sticking problems but I'm loving these pans. I've had for over a month now and use at least one or two pans daily not a single scratch mark even when my husband doesn't use the right utensils. Very easy to clean a very good value for your money. I made back-to-back omelets today just a tiny bit of oil each omelette no sticking whatsoever. I've cooked salmon in it grilled Chicken in it added sauces to the pans no problems.
