Great product, hose was a little short so i inserted the thinest one into the thickest One and worked great!! would recommend because it was so easy to use and my dealer would charge me 100 dollars for the oil change on my audi

I tired of paying the dealership $275 to change the oil on my rover so I bought this. When I owned a mustang I had one that was electric and did a great job and figured the vacuum element would work just as well and it did. My only problem was the tubing supplied is so SHORT that after u place in the dip stick area to touch the oil pan there’s literally no Tubing left to connect to the base to pump.I had to go to Homedepo and pay $5 for a longer tube but once done it worked great. Would have given 5 stars except the Tubing is just too short and you have to buy a longer replacement.Notice their white tubing on the ground which was the ORIGINALLY SUPPLIED tubing and as you can see - it’s painfully short.The actual length I needed is attached to my car and draining the oil as you can see but I had to buy separately

If your engine design allows it, using an extractor like this one is the easiest oil change you will ever experience. No removing the splash guard, no getting under the car with tools, just remove the dipstick and suck the oil out. Zero mess and very easy to pour used oil back into the now empty oil containers.

The product worked great! It saves us a lot of money for changing the oil on my Mercedes. We just gave it a few good pumps and it did the rest. We would go do other stuff and check on it every once in a while and give it another pump or so. But super easy to use.

I just use this to change the oil on my LR4 not that long ago and it was quick The hoses that come with it aren't that long that I propped it up and everything and got the job done and didn't have any issues qualities pretty nice and if you're thinking about buying it just buy it You might have to go to home Depot and get longer hoses depending on what you're doing depending on the size is you'll need or whatever but other than that it does what it's supposed to do.
3.0 out of 5 stars Doesn’t work for every application
The reason I put 3 stars is that it didn’t work for my Cadillac SRX 2014 oil change. I had several issue with it: length of oil drain tubes was limited so I had to find a way to extend it, suction power was very slow I I waited about an hour to get the most of 2 quarts only out of 5 quarts of oil. I ended up doing classic oil change with all mess I was trying to avoid. The reason it still has 3 stars is that it worked for my boat’s Yamaha outboard motor oil change. Though limited oil drain tube took place again. Overall I can find a use for this tool but I wanted to find a universal tool in my household for any oil change applications.

Time will tell how durable this unit is, but it was extremely easy to use right out of the box. Pumped 8 liters out of my V8 engine. The tubing connected easily and there was a quick draw of oil. I like how the unit stores the tubing on the unit. So far, so good.

It works great as it should.
Good not great
Used on a couple of cars for coolant & oil extraction.- You have to do quite a bit of pumping to keep the vacuum adequate requiring constant supervision- the hoses provided are a bit stiff & too short. In most cases you will have to put 2 of them together- fluid you are extracting is not visible through the hoses- it’s nearly impossible to see the tank fill level. A better design would enable you to see the level & exact volume you extracted.- overall, pretty good value for the money but could be better

I've done repairs at home a long time and never really thought one of these would be useful. It's amazing. Very happy with quality and performance. Should have bought one 10 years ago.
Leaking Connections, Slow Extraction and Short Plastic Tubing
The plastic hoses as supplied were not long enough to reach the bottom of oil pan. I purchased and replaced the appropriate line with a new longer one. Once connected, vacuum was poor because connection to cannister leaked. Once connections were fixed, it took 2 hours to extract 4.3 liters of oil from a VW beetle and four hours for an 8 liter Mercedes SUV. I guess the unit paid for itself but I wont use it again.
