Love this product, so pleased I tried it out. The seeds taste fresh and give excellent texture and a little taste to whatever you sprinkle them on. Having these is an easy healthy habit that actually improves the dish. I’ve been enjoying it sprinkled on rice recently. Highly recommend. I like that it’s organic and had multiple seed types.

I love that you get all 3 organic seeds in one bag. Great value for all 3 seeds. There is no odd smell. I can barely smell it. It is easy to mix in my yogurt, smoothies, and overnight oaks. They are a little crunchy until it absorbs the liquid. Great quality for the amount in the bag.

I am a huge greek yogurt early, like daily with raisens and granola. I decided I needed to lose a few pounds and read online reviews about how chia seeds make you feel full. So I purchased some and add about 2 tsp stirred into my yogurt and yummm!! I haven't made a pudding yet but plan to. Great product, fresh and easy to use.

This tast like crusty hippo toes and has the texture of the crust that falls off an elephants ass. But this stuff right here, in Oatmeal will have your bowels moving like herd of water buffalo being hunted by a whole herd of lionesses. When I say this stuff works quick my bowels sound like the intro to rack city by Tyga. Go listen to intro if not don't say I didn't warn you. This has to be some high quality stuff because this stuff had me feeling brand new. Anyhow I lost some weight and started sleeping better and feeling a lot less crappy. It fresh but I wish you could get it in a bigger size.
