These skewers are the perfect size for us when we make kebabs at home. We like to make our own kebabs with either chicken or lamb cubes and vegetables. We alternate meat with vegetables (peppers, onion slices, mushrooms, cherry tomatoes) and the length is just right for 3-4 chucks of meat. I really like using bamboo rather than metal - it just looks more "user friendly". I know there are many lengths of bamboo skewers available but this is the one we like and re-order every few months. The flat part on one end also makes them easier to handle. Highly recommend!

These skewers are very well made, sturdy and thick. They lie nicely flat. Color variations in the pack make it so some are greenish are some are more tan color.

Great product! The shape prevented the meats from spinning on the stick and they were great for the rehearsal dinner we hosted. We did soak them overnight so they did not burn. I 100% recommend.

I use these with a small 12.25 x 9" Japanese "konro" grill making yakitori and similar. For one, at 9" length these are the perfect size for that grill. Pleasantly surprising - even right above very hot coals these skewers don't char hardly at all. I give them a 30-ish minute soak in water before hand. I feel like with other skewers I've used they char and burn very easily, for whatever reason.

I'm using them as stirs for tall glasses. I cut off the sharp tips. I wanted stirs that don't make noise when I'm stirring the liquid in a glass and it works perfect.
