The kettle looks beautiful and it works fine. But the kettle is actually a plastic handle with plastic parts. It looks very sturdy in the photos but is not so sturdy when you lift it and use it. However I got over the initial surprise that it was somewhat of a cheap plastic product and really do like the way it looks and it does heat the water nicely and works very well. I think for the price of the kettle, I sorta expected it to be more solid.I do like it enough to have bought a second kettle to use at my vacation home. So I did by it twice and I do love the look of the design. Just know it’s not a sturdy kettle so if you have guest or kids who are not courteous to not break the plastic parts, you will have an expensive kettle with broken plastic parts.

I love this kettle! The best part about it is the pour spout. Even boiling water pours out without dripping. The water heats up fast and the kettle is pretty. So very happy with the purchase. Thank you.

In addition to being a decorative item, this kettle is extremely fast and powerful. I can say that it heats water faster than a microwave. You need to be a little careful and only hold it by the handle when it is hot.

Terrible smell and taste - it’s like a combo of chemical and melting plastic. After multiple attempts to wash the plastic taste out - I even used vinegar … even though I’d tossed the packaging - thankfully I was able to return for refund within the 30 day window. The price is too high for something that poorly made- after seeing all of the other reviews with bubbled paint and broken lids, rust and lettering breaking off - I’m glad to have returned in time. Save yourself a lot of money and get a standard $30 one literally anywhere.

My only complaint is that the water level indicator is placed right next to the handle, making it a bit hard to read, especially since it's quite narrow. Excelente diseño y funcionalidad.
La marca es muy buena en diseño y cumple su función principal que es calentar agua, ya hay una versión que te calienta el agua a diferentes temperaturas, lo vi recién recibí el producto, pero en mi caso es suficiente, amantes del té muy puntuales se hubieran arrepentido.
