I have been looking for an alternative to the Pruvit Ketones for years, and this product is just as effective as the Pruvit brand.Finally, a product that works just as well at Pruvit and costs a fortune less!! Whoohoo I’m so happy and excited to cancel my subscription with them.I wasn’t expecting it to match the effectiveness since evoo tried before hasn’t work, but I get the high laser focus, energy, and curbs my appetite from sugar and carbs. The taste is amazing too, I usually add my ketones with sparkling water, it’s so refreshing and good.

I'm on a Keto diet with intermittent fasting 8/16. This really helps stave off keto-flu especially when I'm fasting and love that it's only 20 calories so it doesn't break my fast. I add one scoop to my 32 oz water bottle so the flavor is perfect, not too sweet and just enough flavor to make me want to drink it. Also since it's 32 oz of water I don't chug it all at once, but over the course of a few hours until my fast ends. It usually takes me about a week with just diet to achieve ketosis, but if I drink this daily, I manage to get into it by day 3. I have not tried the fruit punch as I'm not a fan of that flavor in general, but I do like the raspberry lemonade.

The stuff is very, very, very sweet, so I’m actually only able to use it as a sweetener in my smoothies. I can’t use it as drink…. It’s like headache level sweet to me.

Sports Research Keto Plus Exogenous Ketones has saved me money compared to some other leading ketone replacement drinks.The fruit punch is a great flavor, only 20 calories, and mixed up easily.I switched to this from the Pruvit packets due to cost and noticed no difference in results.I prefer to use a water bottle, so it’s a bit of a process to get the product into the bottle, I use a sheet of paper folded in half to direct powder through the bottle neck.Lastly, my experience is that all the added ketone products can act as a quick laxative. You have to gradually work up to daily amounts. And some days if you eat something wrong, or not at all, the ketones will be like taking a fast acting laxative.Key is, this does what it’s supposed to do, at a more economical price than the leading products.Pro’s: Great taste, easy mix, saves money Cons: challenge for water bottle use

I am doing a keto lifestyle with intermittent fasting only 20 carbs a day and I break my fast at noon but I drink this at 11:00 right after my fasted exercise and I have lost a total of 123 lb. 54 of it since I started taking this in June 2022This is not a cure all if you are not living keto lifestyle. But I will say it completely curbs my cravings( especially around that time of the month when I need something sweet) and some times after drinking it I don't even really feel hungry enough to break my fast. It gives me all kinds of energy. And it has been consistent with flavor everytime I but it. I use less than a full scoop in a bottle of water because I think one scoop is too sweet. I will say shake it up every once in awhile cause it gets salty at the bottom. I have used much more expensive ketones but I prefer these. I am so thankful these go on sale often also. I've only tried this flavor and I think I'll stick with it. So glad I found these but don't waste your time if you're not following a ketogenic lifestyle.Hope this helps

Save your money and buy anything else.Quite expensive product, but also quite favourable reviews, so I decided to give it a try. My order soon arrived, and I was delighted by the refreshing taste of the product. That was, however, also the only delightful thing about it. After finishing half of the 20-day supply (the actual price per day is approx. $2.50), I had registered no effects whatsoever. No increased energy, no lowered appetite, no weight loss or fat burn, no ketosis. Nothing. However, on the lid of the container was a web address with an offer to try another of Sports Research's products for free, so I thought I'd see if they had anything more effective. The first time I logged on to the web site, the system claimed that my Bolo order number wasn't valid, so I decided to wait a few days to see if it was simply a matter of updating order numbers. It wasn't. The second time I tried to log on, the website didn't work at all. Quite brilliant. And after having finished the rest of the product, the results were the same as halfways; i.e. nothing. So I decided to check the return policy on Sports research's website, only to discover that the return form didn't work. So I tried their online chat. It may have worked; I'm not sure, but after quite a long time I received a message apologising for the inconvenience of a technical glitch, and would I please leave my email address so they could contact me? So I did, and seriously, I doubt I'll ever hear from them again.I can not recommend this product or this firm.
Waste of money
Waste of money I had 2 scoops in one day and didn’t put me in ketones, I bout a strip tester that shows my ketones levels and it’s very accurate.Took first scoop and the second one after another 4 hrs and still no signs of ketone levels.

いつもはiHerbで買ってたが、今回は面倒くさくなってBoloで注文。結局iHerbから送られてきたが……既に何回かお世話になってるが、これを1日スプーン1杯摂取して、脂質8割の生活をすれば、大概2日以内にケトーシスにはいる（尿検査で確認）もう1種類、別のサプリを使ったことがあるが、ケトーシスに入るのに数日以上かかり、効いてるのかわからない様なのもあったのと比べると、これは導入ブーストを体感できる。味は人工甘味料って感じのラズベリーで、ケトン臭と相まって絶妙な味をしてるが、まあ普通に飲める、が美味しくはない、くらい。水にはよく溶ける。
