First time trying their sleepmode supplement. I'm an not disappointed. Deeper sleep and wake up fresh. Capsules smell weird but it does work.

These are great, a nice mix of melatonin with other supplements to help you get a good nights sleep. Sometimes I feel a bit groggy in the morning but it could be that I just take it too late at night and my body wants to keep sleeping since it's in such a deep state for so long. Definitely recommend these for getting a good nights rest and feeling rejuvenated the next day.

I have struggled with insomnia for many years. I've tried numerous products, pillows, supplements etc, in an attempt to nab some zzz's. I found a supplement that I was happy with for years... Then they stopped making it! I was horrified and terrified all at once. So I basically had to start over to find something that was effective. By comparing the ingredients are combing through product descriptions & reviews, I came upon SLEEP MODE. While it took me a while, (I always give a new product a minimum of a few weeks) I came to find that when I don't take this, I usually am still awake when the sun starts to rise. It's proven to be effective for me & I would & do recommend it. One problem that I have, (that keeps me from giving it five stars) is that the capsules get stuck in my throat... A lot! I take a handful of various supplements each day, as well as a few rx's, so I am very used to swallowing pills. These just seem to stick like crazy & I do think that it's worth mentioning that if you have this problem you should take care to make sure that the capsules are completely wet all the way around before swallowing. If I'm not paying attention & don't roll them around in my mouth with water first, they inevitably stick & I wind up coughing them back up! It's a scary feeling that I would rather avoid & if these were a hard tablet I would love them even more. They work well enough for me that I deal with it & when it happens I just have to stay calm & cough it out. Other than that, they work well & seem to have quality ingredients. Yes, they smell a little funky but honestly, all of the sleep supplements that I have ever found to be effective did. (When looking through reviews, scent seemed to be a main complaint about sleep supplements) It's not aromatherapy, so who cares what it smells like as long as it works? I'll also say this, I have to lay down shortly after I take it if I want to fall asleep. It's not a tranquilizer, so don't expect it to knock you out if you don't attempt to go to sleep! For me, falling asleep is extremely difficult and staying asleep is just as much of a challenge. As long as I take SLEEP MODE & go to bed within 30 minutes, I actually fall asleep & stay asleep. Mission accomplished!

I'm a big fan of a number of EVL products but this one just didn't do it for me. I previously used EVL's Nite Lean and it was awesome. That was 1 pill nightly, got good sleep and woke up ready to tackle the day. After using Sleep Mode for almost a month what I've found is that while it helps me sleep, I wake up still completely groggy. I don't wake up feeling like I got the best sleep of my life. It's almost like instead of easing you to sleep it forces you down surpressing the natural sleeipng patterns one might progress through over the course of a night.The pills also smell horrible and you can taste it when you put them in your mouth. I'm going to stop this stuff early and try a different product. If that doesn't work I'll switch back to Nite Lean.

I've used a ton of products.I work nightshift and sometimes it's hard to sleep during the day.I can't stand high doses of melatonin but this mix works super well.Well balanced and I stay asleep...Which is great!No side effects so far.
Very relaxing & calms the mind!
It does what I need it to do: relax and calm my mind so I can fall asleep quicker. It doesn’t seem to do anything for staying asleep, I still wake up a lot, BUT I am able to fall back to sleep relatively quick. Prior to taking this, I could lay there for an hour or two before falling asleep, now it’s within a few minutes. Takes about 30 minutes or so for the effect to really kick in, though I notice in creeping in after 15-20 minutes. Will see how it works over time but I’m in my 2nd month of using it so far and quite happy with it. Note: there was a little grogginess on my first couple uses, lasted just a few minutes, but haven’t experienced it since.

Basic sleep aid, does a great job, no complaints
DOES NOT WORK!!!! AND I TOOK 4 PILLS
I took two pills at first and two, four hours after and was still awake. I don't find that prescription sleeping pills even work at all. Last time trying, it only works if you take with prescription sleeping pills I take 4 of these and one prescription pill and sleep for 8 hours. I take 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 of these on its own doesn't work or one prescription pill but together you sleep and wake up feeling refreshed. My body is clearly immune to a lot of things like anesthesia needs to be trippled to work on me.
Expected better
This product works great for helping u fall asleep, the problem I found was I kept waking up 2-3 hours later and couldn't fall back asleep. Will keep searching....
