I have always taken some form of vitamin D and have tried many brands and potencies. These supplements are easy to swallow, do not cause any discomfort for my sensitive stomach, and deliver great results in blood tests. My PCP is always amazed at my vitamin D levels and says she doesn't see that often among her patients.This particular dosage might be high for some, but if you live in a cloudy climate, avoid sun exposure, or simply need a vitamin D boost, this combination with vitamin K-2 and this dosage might be worth trying. You can always take them every other day instead of daily.

This is one of my favorite that I have tried. I like that it has the k2 with it. Last time I had blood work up my vitamin D level was in a good range and coming of dark gloomy winter!

The only supplements I take are ones that claim to promote bone strength and cognitive function, while reducing cortisol. Currently for me those are Vitamin D3 with K2 by NOW supplements and Urolithin A, Boron (also from NOW) and Fish Oil. I take all of them in the morning.These supplements are combined with a daily caloric intake of 2,000 or less calories that include 1gram of protein for every pound of my body weight (as of writing I’m at 180lbs and I stand at 5’8”.) Typically I take in about the same or less in carbs and half that number in daily fat consumption. I am also moving a great deal throughout the day and doing some light body weight/banded exercises while my shoulder and foot heal from…being old. If I had to pinpoint which of all those things have increased my muscle, decreased my inflammation and helped bring down my very high triglyceride and cholesterol levels and chronic inflammation, I’d say it’s all of them combined. I am also taking statins and am hoping I can get off those eventually.

A few years back my vitamin D level was 19. I took these, one a day on most days. Now my vitamin D level is 60. I plan to take one every other day for the rest of the summer. Maybe go back to every day in the winter.
Quality brand. Therapeutic dosage at competitive price
I have used a few products from this brand and have found them to be of high quality. Manufactured in USA and comes with long use by dates.

My vitamin D levels have normalised
Great product which has normalised my vitamin D deficiency after years of chronic illness. Good combo with MK7. A little pricy. Less toxic fillers but could still be improved upon.
