5.0 out of 5 stars great deal and lots of fun
I have a little heeler she loves them. They aren't thick rope only about 3\4 inch but the braiding is nice and so far she hasn't destroyed any playing tug a war with her dad. Surprisingly she really likes that funny giraffe rope and carries it around the house. My cat has also been carrying off the ball with the four loops, I found him attacking it on the couch which means he arried the toy away from the dog and jumped on the couch with it, so fun pieces for my whole family. These are great for a medium sized breed but may be a bit small for large breeds and maybe a bit less durable.
4.0 out of 5 stars Round two for my niece dog!
I ordered a similar set of these rope toys about 5 months ago for my adopted large, 4 legged friend. The two smaller rope toys were too small for him so these were gifted to my niece dog. I used these toys primarily for two reasons, the first being to help allay his anxiety coming into a new home. The second reason is I thought this might be a good rainy day activity since he is averse to outdoor activities on rainy days. Both purposes have been served well. The rope toys are cotton fibers and are not indestructible. However, they do last quite a while and have given him hours of play and entertainment while affording me a bit of quiet time and peace of mind. Not only have they been a chew toy, but they have also been used to play tug of war and fetch. They are bright and colorful and provide opportunities for. mental engagement as well. When they have become tattered, to the point of being unsafe in my opinion, I consider that a toy that has fulfilled its destiny, is retired, and given a proper disposal. These toys have served their purposes well and will continue to be used in this manner. Now the two that were given away have also served their purposes well. One remains relatively intact while the other has also been given a proper disposal. But, at the request of my sister, I have ordered a second set for medium dogs (the one above) for her dog, a retriever-border collie mix who is a 4-legged-ball-of-fire! The toys are being rationed out one a time as the need arises, such as a rainy day or log car ride. Thus far one rope ball has become a chewing favorite and the two smaller ones have been well loved and are rapidly approaching destiny completion. Now two sets into these rope gismos, owners are pleased and pups are happily entertained which in my book qualifies as a win-win! We will have no hesitation about ordering a third and fourth set when these are permanently laid to rest!Top 3 Likes:-Strong and sturdy-Good variety and number; great for medium size dog; giraffe and carrot are nice touch-Excellent price for dog toys that will eventually be destroyedTop 3 Dislikes:-Not indestructible as advertised-Need to be attentive as threads may be obstructive-Only 2 dislikes!
5.0 out of 5 stars Perfect value for a destructive dog
My 6 month old German shorthaired pointer has one goal in mind lately, and that's to completely destroy every toy she owns, regardless of price or durability. This pack of toys is perfect! They are not very sturdy, and your if your dog is destructive like mine they won't last long. for this price I could get one toy at the store that she would destroy all the same, so for the value this is perfect for my little tornado at the moment! I will definitely buy again when she goes through these. Also note, if your dog is likely to chew through the toys please watch them closely! Some of the toys have little bells inside that could pose a choking hazard.
3.0 out of 5 stars Cheaply made, but worth the $20
For $20, its not a bad deal. Some of the toys are SUPER cheaply made...the rope disc thing broke while playing tug of war with my coonhound puppy. She's really not that strong, so clearly it was very cheap. The other rope toys do shed alot, and aren't as strong as some name-brands but again, for $20, it provides enough entertainment.Just watch to make sure they don't ingest the shed parts. Also the tennis ball is not like a regular tennis ball, you could crush it with your own hand. Again, the puppy just bit down on it and it crushed it and broke apart.
5.0 out of 5 stars Great Set!
Our Frenchies love this set. They are teething and very active. Highly recommend
1.0 out of 5 stars Not for intense play!
They state…..HIGH QUALITY: Made with HEAVY DUTY natural rubber and THCIK Rope. Survive with Intense Plays. Weather Resistant.I will state….Heavy duty rubber is not the case for a 8 month old pup that weighs 25lbs. We received them Tuesday and by this morning on Thursday they are all torn apart except the rope. This is not with the money.
5.0 out of 5 stars Love it!
The media could not be loaded. This is the best snuffle mat we’ve tried. So many little pockets make finding food from easy to difficult, so it’ll grow with our English Bulldog, Barbara, as she gets used to it. You can tell there was real thought put into its design in that way. She doesn’t take it easy on the mat and this holds up to her nibbling, pawing, and scratching with no worries from me. I would say it’s both thick and durable, with small non-skid dots all over the bottom (it stays flat well even when she gets rough), and super easy to throw in the wash. I hang dry it but don’t see putting it in the dryer being a problem. Our trainer stressed the importance of keeping her busy and focused on tasks to improve her behavior and no other food toy of any kind has kept her happily occupied longer. Meals on the mat can be quick or take as long as 30 minutes depending on how I distribute her food. It’s fun to find new ways to hide it and see how she does, too. Super happy to have found such a great quality snuffle mat.
