I've really enjoyed my Sonicare toothbrushes over the years. I wasn't sure there was all that much difference in the three settings on my toothbrush nor between the various replacement heads offered. When they were on sale in bulk I just picked up a pack.Now that I have sensitive gums, however, I tried mixing things up a bit. I bought these G2 heads and am using the GUM setting on my Sonicare. I was really impressed at how the bristles are supportive and clean well enough but seem far gentler on my gums. I'm also using a lower speed on the Sonicare which has helped, as well. So, if you are using the standard refills and would like something gentler on your gums, do give these a try. Highly recommended!
