I took this test years ago and never got the results. I bought two tests and got the results for the vitamins test, but now the app won't let me view my results for the one test I actually got "results" back on. Not able to contact any customer service. They are allegedly still active because they updated their years active (now says 2019-2024) on the app that doesn't work. Don't waste your money!

None of this info is correct. No answer @ customer service, app doesn't work, no response to email. How upsetting! I want my money back! Stupid 😟

This was a waste of money. I recieved this kit on Feb 8 and mailed it back the same day after following the step by step instructions. I have checked the app for my results starting 6 weeks after having mailed it in. It is now June 15th with no results. DO NOT BUY!!!!

The company is out of business without any forwarding information. Was excited and my bubble was burst when I never received my results. Even went against my best judgment when I couldn't initially register my product before sending it off and sent it off. Excited right nothing wrong got my dna results from my other company maybe they changed websites and my results will come with an updated website enclosed. Right! No found horrible reviews, website just pure nonsense can't register, cant find a new version of the app in store and there still selling the product and the reviews go back a couple of yrs now. As of 3/10/24 now there's like a few left at Bolo. Who ever created this got a scam we haven't cracked. I feel like a piece of my soul has bee stolen. Crazy thing is there has to be a office were these products are going because mine had a return address on it an you'd think the post office would forward back if the location/office doesn't exist.

Purchase the test, app was difficult to find. Is been almost a month and i have not yet gotten any information of my test. Really waste of money i do not recommend
