Day 1: I am blown away. This mattress topper is a 10/10. I ordered it because I recently changed from a standard spring mattress to a memory foam mattress. I love my mattress, but it's a bit thinner than the spring mattress was and I missed the height. I also found that the cover of the memory foam mattress was stretching out and thought a topper might alleviate some of the strain on the mattress covering itself. So in any case I found this VERY affordable mattress topper and ordered it on impulse. I got a little worried when some reviewers said it was too soft but I rolled with it. I'm glad I did. Unpackaging was a breeze. Less than an hour to expand. No weird smell as some reviews indicate. I did however give it a spritz of my favorite fabric freshener just because that's a bed-making habit of mine. After a very restful hour nap, I can say with 100% certainty that this is an awesome purchase. The firmess to squish ratio is awesome. The added height makes my fitted sheet fit soooo much better with less slip.Now for the disclaimer: Foam. Is. Soft...... Foam. Is. Not. Firm. But this is the least soft foam I think I've ever laid on, amd that is a GOOD thing. A lot of foams have too much gove and you end up being swallowed alive. Or they are so soft that to get out you literally have to roll out because its physically impossible to sit up. But this is just right. I am VERY pleased. I will update after 1 week.SAME DAY UPDATE: okay I take back the no smell thing. Theres a bit more plastic smell than I thought. It will need more time to breathe than I thought. Not overwhelming though. Still workable.A year later and it still feels great. Moved in with my partner and we purchased a cal king size one to put in our bed. The full is now a spare bed (though our cats think it belongs to them lol). Cal King size gets the same rating as the full. Still fits well, the smell dissipates quickly, BUT the larger sizes will take longer to decompress and fill out. Keep that in mind. Don't be discouraged if it takes a while. Open it up early in the day, mist it with water or fwbreeze as it helps it unravel, and by night time, you have the most comfortable bed ever. I will say....I do not recommend using this UNLESS you use it with a fitted mattress topper/protector. Having the extra squeeze from the mattress protector keeps edges of the topper vs the edges of your mattress less noticeable. So I strongly strongly strongly recommend buying a fitted mattress protector with a slight quilting to make this topper even better. My partner and I love it.2 year update: this topper is holding it's own! We still love it! The cal king is admittedly not a perfect fit, but it is extremely comfortable. I stand by my statement that a fitted mattress cover helps HUGELY in squishing the edges down to hide the fact the topper is slightly smaller than the mattress itself...which may actually be a mattress problem more than a topper problem. The full size one fits much more flush and it is still very comfortable as well! Our guests always love it! I've come up will a couple disclaimers:1. It will never fit completely flush with your mattress. (Kind of already stated)2. Cats seem weirdly drawn to clawing the foam? Doesn't apply to everyone purchasing, but worth noting.3. The holes in the topper are not completely punched through, and of you attempt to put your finger through them to open up the airway, you may make a much bigger hole than you want.4. Can't say it enough....foam is foam. It is not as stiff as a spring mattress. I like this, but my partner amd I have both agreed that a memory foam mattress PLUS a memory foam topper is a bit too soft sometimes. We will probably convert to a firmer mattress (but keep this topper) to balance it out.But 2 times purchasing this on 2 different sized beds more that 2 years later and we still don't regret this purchase! Recommend 10/10!3 year update: Found this review while looking for a product I previously purchased and saw that I had purchased this 3 years ago. I still love it very much, and the foam does not seem to be giving out at all. I am 190 lbs and my husband is 6'8" and 260 lbs. So.... we are not small people! And yet I can say that this topper has held its own with little noticeable wear and tear. (Except for where the kitties got over zealous and scratched at it). We still have the full bed set up as a guest bed and it's doing great as well. I still stick to what I said about it being foam though.... It is soft. But we love it still 3 years later!

Was having intense back pain that I finally traced to my 9 year old memory foam 3" topper! I didn't know they "broke down" with age!! I also have a 9yr old Casper memory foam mattress underneath. Wasn't sure which one was causing my back pain(or both?), so I replaced the topper first with this Linenspa, and now my back pain is almost gone after about 1 week. I read the reviews and am happy to report that the mattress topper expanded quickly - got it one day and was able to put on my bed the next night, about 32 hrs later. There was very little odor, and I have a very good sense of smell! The other plus is that this 3" mattress topper is very light! I could hardly move the old one, I would turn it over and rotate around every 4 weeks or so, but it was very heavy, and soft. This new Linenspa one is lightweight. It feels hard when you lay on it, yet it supports your body really well. I'm very pleased I got it.

I had been sleeping on a firm mattress for the better part of a year and half and every morning I'd wake up with sore shoulders and just general soreness around my body. I'm a side sleeper so i tend to put pressure on my shoulders and hips when sleeping, plus i have scoliosis so i need a mattress to conform to my spine so i can have a comfortable sleep. My mattress without the topper would put massive amounts of pressure on my shoulders and hips, it would cause me to wake up or just not sleep at night. My arms would sometimes fall asleep too, so i needed something to relieve some of the pressure points from these areas and I have to say this topper does a good job.After unboxing it, it took a few hours for it to decompress and come into shape and after laying on it, i can immediately tell a difference. It definitely adds a substantial amount of cushion and pressure relief to my very firm mattress, something i haven't felt in a long time. I slept decently for the first time in a long time. I definitely needed something like this for a while. On a side note, it definitely feels like it swallows you, like you can feel like you've sunken into it, so if you don't like that feeling you can try a different topper or maybe a 2-inch. It does have a little bit of chemical smell after opening it, but its not terrible. Overall, i'd say this is a very good topper and it delivers for the most part on what it says.If you are looking for a way to make your firm mattress softer or you just want to relieve pressure from pressure points on your body. This could be for you. I'm pretty happy with this purchase.

This is the second 4" thick topper we have purchased. We bought a queen size for our spare bed after I had to sleep in our guest bedroom because of having extensive ankle surgery. I needed extra cushion. I fell in love with it instantly! So much so, I bought one for our table/bed for our fifth wheel trailer. We went camping and I slept on the twin size table bed. Before it was okay to sleep on, but after putting this 4" pad on, it was the best night's rest I have ever had camping. Now I am going to buy ANOTHER queen size for our main bedroom in the fifth wheel!!! With it being so thick, you would think it is too soft. Quite the opposite, it molds perfectly for your body! I love the cooling effect it has as well. Helps dissipate your body heat. Definitely recommend!

Purchased the king size topper. Couldn't wait the recommended 48 hours for it to decompress, so we slept on it after a few hours. The BEST night's sleep I've had in a while. If you're aging and typically have aches when you awake, give this a try! I felt substantially better this morning as opposed to prior to getting topper. Highly recommend. Thinking this would be a great Christmas gift for family.

Muy comodo
Mi cama cambio completamente desde que uso la colchoneta, no es súper blanda pero te da una calidad de sueño muy agradable, su memory foam es excelente, tengo un mes usándolo y es perfecto, solo tengo un detalle, mi cama es king, pedin king y el la colchoneta es un poquito más grande que mi colchón, no afecta su función.

Quise esperar unos meses para dar una reseña acertada y tengo que decir que superó mis expectativas.El sobrecolchón tardó aproximadamente 12 horas en tomar por completo su forma antes de usarlo. Es memory foam y confirmo que ayuda mucho a tener un mejor descanso. Su suavidad la pondría en un 4 en una escala del 1 al 5.Lo único que podría poner como un contra, seria que al inicio me provocaba mucho calor en la espalda y casi casi tenía que dormir sin las sábanas puestas, pero solo puse el protector que venia en su empaque y me funcionó. Ya no se siente tanto calor.Es muy cómodo y me ayudó con mis problemas de espalda.
Day six and still not expanded
This arrived Sat 14th. Followed all instructions and it has failed to fully expand. I've flipped it three times a day and I'm at my witss end. Just So cross.
