This is hands down the best creatine I’ve used. It’s a super fine powder that dissolves with ease into a glass of water, cup of coffee, or a protein shake. Very effective for increased ATP and muscle volume. I would recommend taking it with food, as virtually all creatine cause stomach discomfort if consumed by itself.

Thorne is a reputable company, and I have successfully used many of their products.

Was skeptical if this would actually work, but I definitely felt a difference in recovery when I started using it. Right away I felt less sore the next day. Dissolves well, it's not clumpy. I've mixed it in water and there's no weird taste at all. Usually I mix it with a flavored drink but it's not necessary. The powder is extremely soft and fluffy.

Very satisfied with this purchase. I most often take this creatine minutes before I begin a workout or about 30 minutes prior to taking a sauna. I also add it to my morning protein shakes sometimes in the morning. Comes in a nice size container with an easy to use scoop. I appreciate the quality of this product and Thorne is a very reputable brand name. Highly recommend.

Excellent product with quality you can appreciate. It is very well formulated and allows to be easily dissolved in water. It can also be combined with protein powder mix or pre-workout powders without any taste for viscosity changes that are noticeable.

This product I was abit dubious in buying because of its price point but I'm glad I did. Its non invasive, flavourless and really easy to drink. Stick to the recommend daily intakes and you'll get about a month's useful use from it ! 👍

Dissolves easily
The product comes with a scoop inside the container. The powder dissolves easily in cold water and is tasteless with no bitter after taste. After one week of consumption, I noticed I could do extra reps and am not as fatigued. Happy with my purchase.
