Please do not discontinue this product. This iron supplement was a lifesaver during pregnancy when I needed more iron. My doctor was even surprised how in a short period it raised my iron levels (Note: I took more than recommended by the bottle because of how low my iron levels were towards the end of pregnancy). Always consult with your doctor to make sure the dosage is appropriate, I took a high dose under the doctor's supervision). It did not cause any stomach discomfort or cause constipation like the other iron supplements I have tried. 10/10 product!

I was advised by my doc that my iron levels were low and needed to do some low dose iron therapy, but I was concerned about gastric disturbance, like others have had. I read the reviews like others and said that they didn’t have issues. I’ve been taking it for a few weeks now and have had no issues, even on an empty stomach.

My girlfriend's iron is really low and she's been suing THORNE Iron Supplement for a while now. They seem to be working, but you have to be consistent with taking it or your iron levels will still be low. There a lot of supplements out there but we learned that bisglycinate form of iron is more absorbable and much gentler on the stomach compared to traditional iron supplements.The capsule is small and easy to swallow, with no unpleasant aftertaste. After consistent use, I’ve noticed an increase in my energy levels, which is a clear sign that it’s helping boost my iron levels.
