Been taking for about two months now and I swear it has made me feel great! In Arizona a lot of people are vitamin D deficient so we need these supplements. They are a little pricey but worth it to not put a bunch of other unknown products in your body.

Thorne is in my top 2 companies. We are all low on vitamin D. Do not kid yourself that you get enough sun or eat food rich in D. First get your Blood lab and tell them to test all of your vitamins, and to test for d3. Look at the lab yourself, it is your right it is not hard to read look to see if there is a Bold font “L” for low or an “H” for high. Do not take the doctors word. Get a copy and go home and look at all of them. The Lab will have a reference range say 20-85. So 20-30 is low 75-85 is high meaning good. Telling you from personal experience, we give way to much credit and trust in what the doctor says or does not say. It is not 1990 we have access to any information we want today. Dont know the lab code? Look it up. My doctor did 3 blood test over 2 years. My d3 was 22ng/dl throne 5,000iu got me in the 70s. It was also flagged L for low and he stillDid not tell me. If your dark skin, even more likely your low. They are so quick to give out ant depressants aren’t they? When it could be as simple as a vitamin D deficiency. TheThorne 5,000iu pill,is the smallest I have ever seen ifThat matters to you. Take 1 a day not 2Not 5 moreIs not better. Its consistency. Take with food and K2 forBetter absorption.If your low 2 weeks you should feel better 2-3 months for the lab to show the levels are back up.

Warning: never take this on an empty stomach. Always have it after food. I made this mistake and puked my guts out.Thats how you know this stuff is potent and made well. After taking this, I felt a difference in my energy levels and mood even. I feel good! This is the only vitamin D where I felt results like this.
