Up until a few years ago I drank almost nothing but CokeThis sparkling water has great flavors and because it is carbonated and has flavor to it I now drink it instead of all the Coke I use to drink. It's not expensive for the good quality you get and it does have some nutritional qualities. I think it's a good alternative if you don't particularly like plain water.

These do not go flat even when hot. There are no artificial flavors. The color is vegetable coloring for those that have allergies to red dye 40. They smell just like fruit. They can be packed in a lunch because they are lightweight. I drink these as an alternative to soda because I had weight loss surgery. They are sugar free and very low calorie. I buy these every other week.
