    I love this product. I add these seeds to yogurt or oatmeal in the morning, salads, toast, air fryer veggies, cottage cheese...almost anything. I love the crunch and nutty taste and I know I'm getting a lot of fiber in my diet. The resealable bag keeps them fresh. Highly recommend.

    Bought These For Myself as Part of a Whole 30/Keto Diet, but my wife hijacked them!These aren’t necessarily suitable as a snack due to the small, but essential seeds that are included in the mix; you won’t be reaching into the bag and scooping out some like you would with a bag of nuts.They are great for mixing in with/topping other foods, my wife is now sprinkling this mix on top of her morning oatmeal every day.Good company with good practices and sourcing.I hope this helps

    I bought this some time in November and at the end of December my bag is rancid smelling, I kept it sealed, maybe the seal isn't good idk, obviously most people won't eat a full bag of seeds that quickly so you think it would stay good longer than that, maybe next time I will freeze it. Very sad.
