this sauce is so incredible there's simply no way to possibly overhype it. all my local grocery stores discontinued it so now i have it on subscription. ideal amount of tangy, salty, and creamy for burgers, chicken, fries, and sandwiches. truly perfect :}

OK. So here is what it mostly tastes like. Imagine yourself going into your refrigerator and taking out all of the old rancid Condiments that you haven’t used in the last eight years. Pour them all into a bowl and stir vigorously. That’s what the special sauce taste like. Everything is there except the mold. We pitched them in the trash. They seemed happy there….

Both bottles I received had damaged caps,only opened both 2 or 3 times and caps snapped off....kinda disappointed in quality control,try a little better next time

The bottles arrived looking all funking as described in other reviews. However, this is Totally Fixable!! Get out your blender. Pour the separated oil off into a measuring cup with a good pouring spout. Place the separated portion with the solids into the blender and blend on low. With the lid off the blender, slooooowly pour in the oil from the measuring cup. Take your time, be patient. Give the egg in the solids time to re-emulsify and blend with the added oil. Keep adding the oil slowly until you have added it all. Put the re-blended sauce back into the squeeze bottle.It tastes lovely and vinegary, which I like. We enjoyed this on french fries.

Good quality great on burgers or anything else. Great stuff especially if you have a soy allergy where as all mayo has in it they use to have a mayo called just mayo can't find anymore sir kensington mayo don't have soy in it .
