I love this! Great quality product, inexpensive price, easy to install, and works well! I bought it to replace an existing one that broke. The previous one was old and rusted. This new one is great in that it has a plastic piece instead that won't have this problem of rusting. It was very easy to install. I use the soap container that it came with. The only hard part for me was getting the old soap dispenser out. I also ended up not using the washers with the new one because it didn't fit as well in my sink hole when trying to use them. Works perfectly now and I'm happy to know that the soap can be refilled from above!

Directions were terrible and for some reason it did not draw the soap at first. I used a bowl of water and and pumped it fast. It began to draw the water. We stopped pumping and I Pit the hose in the soap and resumed pumping at a quick rate. Moved the hose around at bit and it finally started working properly. Works fine now and looks good.

Bought this to replace a broken pump in the kitchen. The option to pull soap directly from the bottle is awesome, and having the option to set it up like my old unit with the under counter reservoir is a great touch.

I bought this to replace an existing unit that started leaking. It looks nice and the pump part is great. However, as mentioned in an earlier review, the thin flexible tubing is too flimsy and is folded which creates creases in the tubing. When hooked to the pump and ran down to the soap container the suction required to pump the soap to the top collapses the tubing everywhere the creases were. Luckily I had a piece of stiffer tygon tubing that fit and worked great.If you're planning on using the included soap jar and not the tubing it will work great. And it pumps plenty of soap per pump.

We've been living with a broken one of these in our kitchen sink for a few years, ever since we bought our house. Finally got around to ordering a new one. Had I known it was going to be this cheap and easy (took ~10 minutes total to install, and most of that was removing the old corroded bolt), I would've done this as soon as we moved in. The extended tube is plenty long enough to sit in a bulk bottle under our sink, with about an extra foot to spare.

Different brand than my original but the style looked the same and I took a chance that the top plunger piece would fit my original base. It did! The tubing was a bigger diameter and much better quality. Hope it will pump consistently.
