I was expecting these noodles to be mushy and tasteless; wow was I wrong. These noodles are fantastic; firm, full of flavor, and offers excellent texture to any meal. I am definitely buying more.

I wasn't sure what to expect with this product but purchased it because we are trying to increase our protein intake. These are high in protein and fiber so thought I'd give it a try. We had the black soybean box last night and it was pretty tasty. The noodles are thin (kind-of like angel hair) and not as chewy as regular pasta. It kind-of had a string cheese like consistency. Not much flavor so this is a great option for those who are gluten free and/or those who are trying to get more protein and fiber in their diet while still eating pasta!

The texture is a little different, but they taste great. They are a bit more expensive, but when you break it down into serving sizes, it's not that bad at all.

If you want pasta and don't want all the carbs, this is the best substitute 🩷 It's only takes 4 minutes or less to make and there's a lot of protein. I bought the variety pack and look forward to use them in place of regular pasta. Highly recommend.

Honestly, I’m not sure if I like it or not. I have a 2.5-year-old son who doesn’t eat much, and I’m trying to increase the variety of foods he eats. I’m aiming to get him to consume vegetables and protein in the form of pasta, which is one of the few things he actually eats. However, the taste is too different to trick him into thinking it’s pasta, so he didn’t eat it. I’m the one eating it 😄 I think it’s tasty when prepared like noodles with steamed vegetables. At least it feels healthy 😄 I use it when I’m watching my figure, as it’s filling even in small amounts, so it lasts a long time. The price is high, but since I use only a little, it doesn’t end up being too expensive.

These are a great healthy substitute. The texture of the noodles are soft. Most healthy substitutions I feel like the noodles tend to be hard, not these! They also taste great, you can’t tell you’re eating black bean noodles. I got the variety pack since I didn’t know which ones to get. They are all good! I will be buying these again.

I got these because I cannot have gluten or grains. I was really excited because I love edamame and pretty much anything made from black beans. (apparently these are black soy beans, not regular black beans) I was completely let down. The first bite, I thought okay well the flavor is not bad but this texture is odd. Then I ate another and it was worse. It felt like I was chewing rubber bands! I literally said this to my husband and he said ''wow, you're right! That's exactly what this feels like! " I suppose I will stick with Banza chickpea pasta. I highly do NOT recommend this product!
