I bought this cuckoo clock 2 years ago. So far this clock has been working well. The details of the cuckoo, cottage and animals of the clock shows the craftsmanship. The cuckoo opens its mouth and it is very cute. It plays music after the cuckoo goes back to the window, and there are 12 music. I thought I may get tired of listening to the same music. But the music is very short and so far I did not get tired of it. Only complaint I have on this clock is the color of the hands. They are brown and it is hard to see. I put stickers on them.

This is a very nice clock at a great price-point. It looks like a classic (which cost much more) but is actually a modern electronic device. You don't have to wind these, so the hanging "weights" are non-functional. If you want a traditional (mechanical) gravity clock, look elsewhere.

The media could not be loaded. It’s exactly what I wanted as far as the look. But its functionality is off. The first one I got, the cuckoo didn’t come out and the hour hand didn’t work. I requested a replacement. The replacement was shipped before I returned the broken one and it came very quickly, which was great. The replacement, however, cuckoos at 14 after. I have reset it multiple times and I can’t get it to sound on the hour. It keeps time accurately, I just know when it’s 14 after now. If anyone has any tips on how to get it right, I would love to know. I know I could return it, but I’ve decided to live with it.

My 87 year old mother asked me to help find her a cuckoo clock on Bolo, and she liked this one, so I bought it and had it shipped to her as she lives in NJ and I live in AZ. She loves the look, the ease of operation, and the melodies. The clock arrived missing 1 shingle, so I contacted the seller who reached out to the manufacturer, and within 2-3 weeks my mom received not 1 but 3 replacement shingles! We appreciate this excellent customer service as my mom doesn't even own a computer and would not be able to go through the process of returning it for a replacement. Thumbs up!!!

The media could not be loaded. Absolutely love this clock!!! The craftsmanship is wonderful! I visited Germany years ago and was sorry I hadn’t purchased one there but, this is just as beautiful and was shipped quickly Without damage. It’s just perfect, solid wood and would not hesitate to recommend!!

Pendule que j'ai offerte à ma maman pour son anniversaire. Elle est ravit. Ce produit correspond tout a fait à ses attentes. Le coucou est mignon et il fait dodo dès qu'il n'y a plus de lumière. La petite mélodie qui suit son apparition est très agréable et différente à chaque Heure. La décoration est réussit. Juste un petit problème : Le toit était abîmé car l'emballage ne devait pas être assez costaud pour protéger la pendule. Je l'ai collé avec de la glue

The shipping was very fast since it was shipped from German. It only took 3 days to arrive which really make me happy. I brought this for my daughter as her Christmas surprise present. I opened the box which is very well packed in two layer. The clock is soooooo cute, especially the cuckoo. I brought it for 2 weeks, my two kids are still so excited to see cuckoo come out of the window. Sometime they wait near the clock to see cuckoo come out, it just make them happy! This piece of art surely deserve the money I spend. My friends who visit my home saw the clock love it too, they are planning to get one for their kids, because they wait to see cuckoo during the entire visit. Kids are so amazed by this clock. And this clock remind me of something tradition. Five star for sure. We love it!!

Es precioso , la manecilla se atascaba a las 12 pero ya se solucionó. El cuco suena cada hora y una música diferente le acompaña. Es de cuento de hadas , lo recomiendo al 100 por 100. 🙂
