This is a very nice product and a great size and a great price. Milk thistle is supposed to be very good for your liver and I think it might be helping.

The pills were easy to swallow and the bottle was well made. However, turns out I'm allergic to milk thistle since I'm also allergic to ragweed. At about 30 min from taking the pill I'd get intense itching, watery eyes, sinus problems, and general malaise. Took me a while to notice because allergens were also high at the time of purchase.
