These work great for my teeth as I have gaps near the bottoms of my teeth. They are not super strong, but if you don't hit your teeth and get it right in between then they work great.

In general, I like Soft-Picks Wider Spaces Dental Picks. The all-plastic brush section is actually comfortable (far more so than the same manufacturer's Go-Betweens, which use a sharp metal wire to hold the bristles ). The white tab is effective for grasping. The springiness of the connecting shaft is just right--unless it gets bent, then it's no longer usable.So why four stars instead of five? Well, how wide is this product that claims to be for "Wider Spaces?" Not wide enough! I don't think the spaces among my teeth are unusually wide. However, this product is simply not wide enough to do the job. I tried using two at a time, and this worked better, but was a bit too much. In sum, the brush section of the existing product needs to be 50-75% wider, in my view, in order to be dependably effective.Still, for I would consider intermediate gaps, it works well enough.

it took me about twice to get the hang of it. Now I use these every morning. Also, I was told by my dentist's office that they can be reusable. So I wash after each use and throw them out when they get bent. They will get bent. Good value for the money. I could not find the blue ones locally. They are the slightly larger ones that work best for me. The green ones are the smaller.

I received a sample from my dentist, and I liked them enough to buy them. They are much easier to use than dental floss, so I'm more likely to use them. They are not 100 % sturdy, but they hold up much better than another popular brand. They come in two sizes--for small spaces and for large spaces between teeth. If you have trouble with bleeding gums, they will make a big difference in getting your gums healthy again. And they good stocking stuffers. Based on my experience with them, I recommend them.
